Welcome to our cozy Torrance bungalow! 10 minutes from Torrance Memorial Hospital, this is a perfect location for traveling nurses or others in the healthcare industry.
Head to the beach less than 4 miles away to lay out in the sun, walk the strand, grab a cup of coffee, or eat some yummy food.
Only a 5 minute walk and you'll find yourself at Wilson Park with many fun activities including pickleball, batting cages, and a huge farmers market.
The space
Located in a family-friendly neighborhood of Torrance, a big town with small town vibes. A freshly upgraded add-on studio with a super comfortable queen size IKEA mattress, fresh cotton bath towels, and organic linens.

Clean, simple kitchenette perfect for your basic dining needs. Small fridge, Britta water filter, Microwave, Toaster, and our favorite Pour Over coffee maker complete with hot water kettle.

High-speed internet, perfect for remote work environments.

For your entertainment a 42-inch mounted TV with Apple TV connecting you to your Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, YouTube, and Disney+ accounts.

Just a short drive to the ocean, LAX, Hospitals, Trader Joe’s, coffee shops, organic markets, the famous In-N-Out Burger, Farmers Market, shopping malls, a variety of restaurants, parks, movie theaters, Redondo Riviera, and the Palos Verdes Cliffs. (Sounds like fun, right?)

Our hope is to create a space for you to make yourself at home, feel safe, and have fun!

Backhouse studio attached to the garage with a gated, private side entrance. You will have your own parking spot in our driveway so you don't need to walk far.

We live full-time in the front house along with our dog, Gibson.
Other things to note
We live in a family neighborhood so let's keep our neighbors happy and keep it down after 8 pm on weekdays and 10 pm on weekends. Thank you so much for understanding!
