I was surprised to arrive to a property with no front desk. The check in is done in a kiosk with a remote agent. I was a little insecure with that at first, but that feeling was quickly gone, thanks to the great interactions with the agents. Very fast answer through the kiosk. The agent I interacted with the most was Shania, as I ended up extending my stay twice. She made the whole process quick and seamless. She was always incredibly polite, thoughtful and attentive. Every member of the cleaning team was polite and helpful, ready to accommodate requests.
The rooms are small, but cozy and have a great layout. If you don’t need a kitchen, and are just looking for comfortable, clean, well designed room and bathroom, this place is a great choice.
The area is very quiet and I had no issues with safety. It was great to be in a small and contained space instead of staying in a hotel with hundreds of rooms. Convenient parking and easy access.
I live in Los Angeles and booked the hotel as I was moving to a new house. I had my mother visiting town and it was a lovely, comfortable and convenient stay for us.
