The house is spacious and has the perfect amount of decor (attractive, cohesive, and makes the space feel homie without being cluttered).We were remodeling our home and needed a base of operations for a couple weeks to get our 13 year old to school and practice, as well as take care of our 1 year old and infant. The kitchen setup is great, we were able to cook as much as if we'd been home and we had counter space and plugs for a bottle sterilizer and other gadgets. The laundry room and machines were clean and worked well. All three bedrooms were very comfy, as were the couch and futon (in primary). The bathrooms and kitchen are finished attractively with large showers and were very clean. Street parking was easy, which was a relief (and there is a driveway).For the stay we had a teen, a toddler, a baby, and grandma with us. Everyone loved the house and was able to have their own space. The cost was far less than if we'd booked comparable hotel beds and we had a full kitchen and laundry room to make taking care of 3 kids possible. We walked the neighborhood a few times and enjoyed the holiday decorations. All the Burbank shopping and dining is in the immediate vicinity or a short drive away. Whole family had a great trip.

Lovely home in great location

After a few glitches with check in, our stay in this lovely property went well. The host is extremely responsive and cooperative. We were 5 seniors(in our 70s) and the space is roomy and comfortable. Excellent kitchen. Lots of common room for a big group. Two bedrooms with shared bath downstairs and one up. Upstairs room is a huge suite with a sitting area and large bathroom. Location is great for that area of LA. We had family in Glendale about 5 minutes away which worked out well.

Spacious Rental

The house was perfect for our stay. Enough space for us and our adult children. Fully stocked kitchen and though we didn’t cook there, plenty of plates and bowls, silverware for all. Great location, easy parking.

Kind host and Lovely property!

We needed a last minute booking and the host Daniel was very accommodating and kind when we reached out to him! We had enough room for everyone to comfortably stretch out and the decor was pleasant as well! Compared to other rentals we’ve stayed at in the past, this one was VERY clean and had every single thing we needed!! Thanks so much, Daniel for helping us out in a tight situation!

Wonderful play to stay!

This property was spotless, well-equipped (cooking basics and spices, coffee and supplies, fun games, extra blankets, pillows, toiletries, etc), and the host was extremely communicative too! I found the Japanese theme throughout the home very charming especially as someone that has been there myself!

LA Visit

This is a great property located in a clean, quiet neighborhood just outside of LA. However, short drives to many sights such as Universal, Hollywood, Getty museum etc. Also, lots of good restaurants and brew pubs nearby. We spent a week there visiting family and were very happy with the property.
