About this space
Centrally located in the heart of Woodland Hills, this hip and trendy 3/2 home has a secluded pool, private backyard, pergola, fire pit and game room. Clean, cozy home, just a short drive from Topanga Shopping Center, Calabasas Commons, dining, recreation, entertainment, Topanga Canyon and the beaches of Malibu. Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything in this neighborhood!
The space
The home is a 3/2 split bedroom plan. The primary bedroom has a plush king size bed and 55" TV. The second and third bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds.The living room has a 70" TV and a cool "pub area" to hang out at if you don't feel like being a couch potato. The kitchen is bright with a formal dinging room, perfect for home cooked meals or delivery. The game room has a foosball table and an area to play board games or cards. Equipped with central AC & heat, washer/dryer and high speed internet. The outdoor patio/pool area is a serene oasis complete with a fire pit and pergola.

The entire property except for any locked space.

Check in's prior to 3pm are subject to a fee pending upon availability.
Check-out's later than 10am are subject to a fee pending upon availability.

Nice neighborhood

Over all we had a decent stay. However, upon arrival it was disappointing to see the pool was very dirty and not ready for use. There was no fire wood for the fire pit. And there were safety issues in the gazebo out back. Although these issues were addressed during our stay it was an inconvenience for me and my family. Our day of arrival was the warmest day of our trip however we could not enjoy the outdoor space because of the above mentioned issues. Having these issues rectified during our stay was inconvenient and we had to deal with work being done in the back yard on 3 separate day's. 2 days prior to our departure the lawn was serviced at 7am and that was super annoying to be woken up while on vacation at that hour due to load noice from a lawn mower. It was extremely frustrating. On another occasion the back gate stopped working and we had to leave the gate wide open what was most concerning at that point was there was a homeless person residing in the back ally where u drive into.

My family and I enjoyed the house it was a good long weekend for my parents and siblings they enjoyed the pool as well the backyard was amazing overall we loved the house thank you Christine!

Loved the pool and relaxed atmosphere

The listing is very much like what you see from the beautiful pictures. The house is spacious and very well kept with convertible pillows and the like! Neighborhood was very near shopping, the arterials surrounding the house led to traffic noise. We would certainly stay in this house again.

Great property in an area that felt safe

Our family was in LA for the 2023 US Open. We stayed at the property for 4 nights and had a great time, everything was as advertised on Vrbo. The interior and exterior of the property were very clean - including the pool. The propane grill looks pretty new and worked great. We grilled out a couple of nights and cooked breakfast on the stove every morning without issues. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The beds were firm which we are not used to but we slept very well and felt good in the mornings. The living room and master bedroom have smart TV’s which was very nice as everyone was able to enjoy their various shows in the evenings. We also made a day trip to Malibu beach which was about a ~30+ minute drive, so it wasn’t too bad - it is a nice scenic drive once you get to the coast. To close out the review, just wanted to give a shout out to our Vrbo host Christine. She provided all of the information we needed for check in and checkout and was very very responsive to questions before and during our stay at the property. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay at the property again when visiting LA. The only reason we gave it 5 stars is because we could not add any more stars to the review ; )

Perfect retreat!

Christine was an amazing and friendly host and super fast responses! No issues with the property everything was clean and ready to go. The home is close to the highway, restaurants, stores and much more. It was a perfect retreat to come back too. Love the decor! Highly recommend!

Bogus charges

The property had some tar all over the floor that ruined many pairs of socks they tried messaging saying they were charging us for towels that were stained and for the sink being clogged from bacon grease. Even though we didn’t cook bacon saying we caused a leak u der the sink advised us they are charging us a charge for 300 and some odd dollars I will not be paying that is a scam. I will be contacting my att I have pics when we arrived and when we left nothing at all was wrong with the sink nor was there stains on anything unless it came from there floor the pool stayed dirty all but two days of our stay the dishwasher was broken the legs felt like they were falling off the couch. Tile breaking in the shower. The hot is cold the cold is hot. Trash all in the back ally and drive. Just was not a pleasant experience. We were trying to take my daughter for her graduation present and was not so pleasant. The bed is hard as a rock and then for them to try and say we stained towels and clogged the sink is unsurd I will not ever rent from them again after these bogas charges.
