This is a very nice unit with a very pleasant and responsive host. This is my second time there and will certainly use it again in the future.

My wife and 2 daughters were looking for a clean, and reasonably priced place to spend a few nights before a cruise out of LA, and this property exceeded our expectations on every front. The guest house is immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed with USB charging ports in multiple convenient spot around the house. The directions were clear and easy to follow, and Katherine’s communication throughout was fantastic. She went above and beyond what you’d normally expect from a host, and made our stay a great one.If you’re planning a trip to LA or need a comfortable place to stay before a cruise, this is your spot. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Katherine’s property.Thanks again Katherine!

I had an incredible stay here. I was in town due to some unfortunate circumstances, and I was met with the most incredible kindness. I enjoyed sitting in the garden space in the early morning and late evening, reading and just being. I also really enjoyed having a wonderful bathtub for soaking. The space was comfortable, inviting and unique. It is also located in a wonderful area, with lots of access to food and activities. I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks for being a great host!

Wonderful host, amazing stay

Katheryn and the home was fabulous. Great location, communication, and home. Huge bathtub was a plus :)

Great spot

Great spot for the price. We just needed a place to sleep and cook some food, as we had a trip which required us to be gone most of the day every day. This place was very clean and quiet which was great for us. I would definitely recommend this property if you just need somewhere to sleep and eat.

Great two weeks!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks stay! Close and easy commute to Hermosa beach. Convenient to groceries and restaurants. The owner is so kind and had great communication. Thank you!

Redondo Beach Review

The property itself was clean and big enough for the 4 members of my family. A nice touch was that the host left a bottle of wine in the fridge to enjoy upon our arrival. The garden pictured in the property is only partially private as it is attached to the yard of the main house, which was a major disappointment and not what was expected based on the pictures of the property. If I had known that the garden was not entirely private, I might not have chosen to rent the property. The host/property manager was home and in close proximity to us as guests for a good portion of our stay, which was awkward at best since the main house is within approximately 15 feet of the rental property. The host/property manager also hung laundry in the back yard to dry daily, including a black lace bra, that took away from the ambiance of the outdoor space during our stay. The bathroom had a very heavy (not standard) and unsafe barn door that fell off of the top track the moment that we walked in the door when my husband touched it. As a guest with young children, I spent a great deal of time keeping my 2 and 4 year old children away from the door to prevent an accident related to this safety hazard. The location and neighborhood are great!
