The guest studio is a modern, contemporary space with recently updated amenities. It is a small space, ideal for 1 person. We are in University Hills, which is a small, quiet, and close knit community within El Sereno. We live at the end of a quiet street located up on a hill, we get really great views of downtown and the valley from the neighborhood. It's a great place to be very close to the city and still find a bit of peace. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
