Fully equipped, brand-new, and immaculately decorated, it’s a “home-away-from-home” perhaps even better. Enjoy morning coffee while watching boaters and paddle boarders glide by, enjoy full amenities, and retreat to your own dedicated parking spot—a rare bonus in this coveted area.

    Fully stocked with all you need to settle in and enjoy; no detail has been overlooked.


    This property is the perfect mix of comfort, character and coastal fun. It's spacious (1200 sq ft of living space), sparkling clean and thoughtfully updated - it feels like home. Every detail is designed for relaxation, connection and good times.

    The location cannot be beat - Across from Alamitos Bay, steps from the beach, and a short walk to local cafes and boutique shops on 2nd street. Just down Bay Shore Ave you will find athletic courts and kayak and paddle board rentals.

    Our home features light and airy rooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed and full ensuite bath - brand new! Additionally, we provide a brand new queen sized sofa bed in the living room so there's room for the whole family or your favorite group of beach-loving friends. Two full bathrooms mean no waiting in line after a sandy day out.

    Relax on the large front patio featuring a new propane BBQ with tools and outdoor dining table and a comfortable conversational area.

    Inside, stretch out in light and breezy spacious living and dining areas, cook up a meal in the fully equipped chef's kitchen.

    For your security, the back kitchen door is programmed with a customized code known only by you. If you experience any access issues, I can assist you remotely.

    In advance of your arrival, I am in touch with you to ensure you have all the information you need for a smooth arrival and easy access to your beach vacation!

    Other things to note
    HOUSE RULES:
    * Your reservation includes registered guests only.
    * Notify us in advance if anyone other than registered guests will be on site.
    * Absolutely NO parties or filming.
    * No smoking or vaping of any substance anywhere on our property.
    * Quiet time is from 9pm - 8am every day. No exceptions. Be kind to our neighbors.
    * While we welcome your kiddos, our home has new, light-colored furnishings and bedding, and fragile decor. We kindly ask that you watch your children closely and keep wet bottoms and sandy feet off of interior furniture. Charges for cleaning or repair of furnishings due to misuse will be assessed. Thank you!

    While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are NOT allowed. Loud music and parties will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors.

Beautifully decorated with all of the necessary conveniences in the perfect location to walk to great restaurants, coffee places and bars and also walk to the beach, Naples and drive to nearby beach towns and downtown Long Beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base!

This place was amazing. Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Steps from the bay and walking distance to beach and shopping from the beach and shopping!! Also has a private parking space. Overall great experience!!

Beautifully decorated and clean. It was stocked with anything you could possibly need or think of. Great location for the beach and walking distance to restaurants and stores. The only negative was that the street was kind of busy at times and a big red truck was parked in our view for most of the stay. Other than that, it was amazing. We absolutely loved the place and we can’t wait to come back.

The host was absolutely amazing, truly one of the best we’ve ever had. The house and location were even better than the listing photos. Everything is beautifully decorated, and the home feels brand new, clean, and fresh throughout.The beds, pillows, and linens were all very comfortable and high quality. The bathrooms are newly remodeled, and we really appreciated having two bathrooms for our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals.The patio overlooking the bay was a highlight, such a peaceful place to sit and enjoy morning coffee. The location is also incredibly convenient; we were able to walk to so many places that we rarely needed a car.Highly recommend, 5 stars!

Suzanne was an amazing host; we've already booked a return trip to the property in part because of Suzanne's hospitality, responsiveness, and genuine resolute to ensure our trip was care free and perfect. The property is in good shape and in the perfect location to enjoy Belmont Shore and the surrounding areas!!!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful listing. The pictures are accurate. The space is very cozy and well appointed. The host worked to make our stay easy and the details were much appreciated. The location is great. Very walkable area with easy access to food, water activities, shopping and site setting. There is a fairly busy street between the condo and the water but we still sat out on the comfortable chairs in the mornings with coffee and evenings with wine. Parking was a huge bonus. We didn’t get to use the beach toys or washing machine. There were upstairs neighbors and some noise. Little things like comfy beds and great window treatments made sleeping in wonderful. I hope we get the chance to come back!!
