  • Hermosa casa moderna actualizada en la codiciada península de Marina, a 30 pasos de la arena, cerca de Malibú, Venecia y Abbott Kinney. Espectacular terraza moderna en la azotea con elegantes muebles Harbour y una nueva bañera de hidromasaje con vista clara al mar / playa. Corto paseo en bicicleta / a pie a chic restaurantes / tiendas y paseo marítimo de Venecia. Ventanas de piso a techo. Cocina del chef (Viking / SubZero) + BBQ. 2 duchas de lluvia.

    Disfrute de la belleza de las playas prístinas de LA y del estilo de vida de California en esta hermosa casa de playa ubicada en la Marina Dely Rey Peninsula. Literalmente a treinta (30) pasos de la arena, nuestra casa de 3 dormitorios, 3. 5 baño está situado en el centro entre Venice Beach y Marina Del Rey, junto a Santa Mónica, y un corto viaje escénico a Malibu. Nuestra casa de playa fue diseñada con una inspiración contemporánea "sol, arena, agua". Uno (1) dormitorio principal y uno (1) Dormitorio principal loft con camas king size, además de un "niños" habitación con 2 literas (es decir, 4 gemelos), hacen de esta casa una perfecta lujosa playa escapada de hasta 2 familias. Por otra parte, cada maestro viene con su propio cuarto de baño privado en baño lo que es una brisa para prepararse para ir a explorar. El dormitorio amo loft se ve sobre la sala de estar y tiene una vista directa del océano.

    Donde ir es interminable .... Un corto paseo en bicicleta o caminar a una miríada de restaurantes y tiendas, por no mencionar el paseo marítimo de Venecia y el principal canal de Venecia, el artsy / hip Abbott Kinney (casa de muchos de los mejores restaurantes de Los Ángeles) y los yates y el paseo marítimo glorioso de Marina Del Rey. Actividades que van desde el embarque de paddle, surf, paseos en bote, pesca, paseos en bicicleta, patinaje, y simplemente relajarse son todos a su alcance. ¿Quieres jugar voleibol? Hay una cancha de voleibol a treinta pasos de la casa donde se puede acoger un partido. ¿Te apetece quedarte? Techos de salón de veinte pies de altura con ventanales y vistas al océano, una acogedora chimenea, bar de servicio y un televisor de pantalla plana de 65 pulgadas hacen acurrucarse en el sofá de diseño y ver el último partido de fútbol o película en Netflix muy atractivo. Con vistas al Océano Pacífico, disfrutar de espectaculares puestas de sol, o tener una sesión de yoga zen todos desde la comodidad de su terraza personal en la azotea. Un garaje para 2 coches hace que el aparcamiento sea fácil. Incluso puede que quiera quedarse en y cocinar o tener una barbacoa porque la preparación de una comida en la cocina del chef totalmente equipada (con todos los electrodomésticos de primera línea, incluyendo una estufa Viking y un refrigerador Sub Zero) será una alegría. Por último, relajarse en una de las 2 duchas de doble persona espaciosa después de un día de diversión en la playa y estar fuera y alrededor de Los Ángeles.

    Si viene durante el 4 de julio, podrá disfrutar de un espectáculo de fuegos artificiales increíble desde la terraza de la azotea que es presentado por el famoso Zambelli; los fuegos artificiales son lanzados desde una barcaza justo en el canal principal de la Marina (a 5 minutos a pie). Si vienes durante las vacaciones de invierno, disfrutarás de un espectacular desfile de barco en el canal principal. Después de pasar algún tiempo en nuestra casa de playa, estamos seguros de que le encantará nuestra casa tanto como lo hacemos y volveremos una y otra vez.

    Tenga en cuenta que nuestra casa contiene muchas escaleras, no hay ascensor.

Might be the best VRBO we’ve stayed in. Location is excellent and this home is loaded with everything you need for a comfortable beach stay. Our family of 6 had a great week and Craig is a top notch communicator. We’re already talking about our next stay.

Hosts were on top of everything. I want a smooth process and it could not have been better. Very good at communicating. Place was exactly as advertised. Convenient to most places. Recommend trying it out.

From the second we opened the front door we were all amazed how perfect everything looked and how inviting the home is. The pictures of the space on VRBO are more than accurate! Each level of the home has its own charm and is tastefully decorated. The garage was a welcomed bonus!! Craig’s communication was fantastic throughout and the location is PERFECT!! Yes, the location is the best of both worlds-quiet and serene, or walk 10 minutes to awesome restaurants and shops. When we come back, we are definitely staying here again!!

Excellent Stay

My husband, four kids and I stayed for 9 nights at this beautiful condo right across the street from the beach. There was plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen was amazing! We loved the location and all of the space. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful!

AMAZING PROPERTY

Check-in was flawless, the owners made sure we had everything we needed and also checked in a few times via text to make sure we were happy. Place is beautifully decorated and well laid out. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful beach house

Great experience. Spacious modern home convenient to restaurants, shopping, LAX and steps to the beach. The home is welcoming with a great kitchen. We had tons of fun riding the bird scooters and walking along the beach.

House is cozy, spacious, clean and beds super comfy. wonderful location and right off the beach. Great rooftop deck. Kitchen and family room is so spacious. Also garage for two cars ( not large SUV) landlord very accessible to answer questions. No AC in top bedroom but was cool at night and kept screen door open. Would def stay there again.

great beach stay

We had a great stay at Craig's place. The location is unbeatable, one block from the beach. The house is spacious and well-equipped. We enjoyed using the beach equipment and toys as well as the roof deck hot tub and shower. The beach is not as busy as nearby Venice. Parking is difficult, but the house has a double garage. It's a short drive to local restaurants. We would stay again.

Amazing location and views

This property is better than the pictures. Location is so close to beach, food, and shopping. We loved the easy access and quick walk to the beach. Even though you’re close to Venice Beach you don’t have the traffic and craziness . The best part of the property (although the entire home is beautiful) is the roof top deck. Watching sunsets as we had cocktails I. The hot tub could not be beat.

Perfect Marina del Rey Gem! (Local's recommendation)

As a Marina Del Rey resident, finding a vacation rental for a large family influx can be tricky. My own place just isn't ideal for guests. Thankfully, Craig and Irene's Vrbo came to the rescue! Their spacious home was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and boasted incredible outdoor areas with stunning beach and sunset views. Craig made everything incredibly smooth and welcoming for our entire group. We truly felt right at home, like extended family visiting. This place is a gem, and I won't hesitate to book it again for future family visits. Don't miss out – book your stay today!

Great place!

Craig’s place was great. We were in for New Years with adult kids. Biked everywhere. Ate a lot - great restaurants all very close. Hiked. Hot tubbed. Roof top is the best view in LA for NYE fireworks! Craig was available and great with communication and recommendations. There is construction on the beach front row, but it didn’t bother us at all. And the view in the roof gives you a beautiful vista of the beach and inlet, as well as watching planes take off and land if you’re into that (no noise)!

We enjoyed our stay here by the beach. The views are great, the rooftop deck with hot tub is beautiful, and there are a lot of great activities just outside the door. We appreciated all the beach gear and bikes provided. The owner was helpful in trying to troubleshoot our tech issues, and was generally very responsive. On the downside, this is not a true three bedroom, the top bedroom is a loft that doesnt allow for any light or sound dampening from the kitchen and living room below. Also, the building itself including common areas has a lot of deferred maintenance, and some of the appointments in the unit are not in great working order (for example all the fans are full of dust so they are unusable,) some of the kitchen gear is a bit old and stained, and some of the cabinets and closet areas meant for guest use are cluttered with the owners personal items. There are a few other examples which just demonstrate a lack of care and attention to detail. These aren’t huge issues on their own, but when you are paying big bucks for a rental, you expect it to sparkle.

Great property for families

Amazing place to rent for a family. Spacious rooms, tons of amenities to enjoy the area (eg, bikes, helmets, beach stuff, scooters) and fast internet access (>200 mbps) for multiple devices to simultaneously stream movies, attend Zoom calls, and get work done. Owner/property manager was super responsive to all questions during our stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect family location

Great location. Lots of amenities. Clean and well stocked. Peaceful safe area with lots to do for whole family (beach, farmers market, food trucks, marina water activities). Craig/Irene make sure you are well taken care of.

Great weekend in MDR

We have rented many times on VRBO. This was our best experience. The house was immaculate with high end amenities big and small. The kitchen was incredible and equipped with anything you could think you need for cooking. Finally, the owners were very courteous, flexible, and responsive

Nice place

Overall very good. Best parts were roof top view and set up, parking and great room layout. Challenges were that grill was so dirty we chose not yo clean and use it, construction across the street work is everyday between 7 ans 7:15, and the fact that one main bedroom is a loft open yo the great room did not work out well. Overall we had a nice time but there were a few too many issues and surprises that we were not aware of when booking to make me feel like we got good value for the cost / lack of sleep,

Great location

Short walk to the beach, quiet location. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. There were copious beach supplies such as chairs, boogie boards and bikes. Wish we had more time at this beautiful house.

Beautiful condo quiet neighborhood

This is a beautiful property that is perfect for active adults. Half a block from the beach with tons of walking trails and outdoor activities. Floor to ceiling windows with tons of natural light. Craig was an amazing host. He was available before and during the trip for any questions.

Fun beach getaway!

We had a great time at Craig's swank/modern house and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. They've really stepped it up in terms of the decor/bathrooms/kitchen all well appointed. He was a pleasure to deal with and extremely responsive, really knows what he's doing and made it as easy as possible. The house is great-modern and cosy all at once-and really comfortable, and we enjoyed the rooftop spa and views immensely. Great array of extras including bikes, sand toys, and more which were really great to have. Be aware that there is tar on the beach in front of the house so either wear something or be prepared to scrub it off with baby/vegetable oil to which they kindly had ready for us as well. Also, there is construction going on across the street so factor some noise in for weekday stays. Kids had a blast, really fun getaway for us all!

Spring break

Quick trip to La to see my daughter with the family. Stayed with Craig last time we came and were lucky enough to get a booking . Had everything we could have needed . Thankfully had tome to use the beautiful deck this go round:)

Perfect Covid Getaway

My boys and I came to California for a nice little surf and skateboarding excursion. The place is so beautiful, modern, and in an amazing area. Rooftop was amazing. The views, dining, fireplace, and jacuzzi, made for an excellent area for winding down. Craig was very responsive and kind. Looking forward to coming back again soon. Three Thumbs up!😃

Excellent Location! Gorgeous Home!

My family and I stayed for a about a week with my kids and nanny. The home is wonderful, has everything you ever need for beach toys, the ocean and bikes (plus way more!) The home is literally steps from the clean beach! Beautiful view while relaxing in the hot tub on the deck top and while grilling! Craig was very helpful with restaurants and being super flexible with our requests. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable. The kitchen is well stocked, the bathrooms are amazing and the beds are very comfortable. They even had a crib and high chair for our one year old which is rare. We had a blast and if we return to the area this is without a doubt where we will stay again! Thank you Craig and Irene!

Quick visit to see my daughter. Took the family. Really enjoyed the property. Didn’t use the rooftop until the last night. Wish we would’ve been up there more. It was beautiful;)
