Home to the infamous Hollywood Sign on Mount Lee, this neighborhood boasts significant landmarks, breathtaking views, and famous rolling hills, which are a part of the Santa Monica Mountains. With attractions like Runyon Canyon Park, Lake Hollywood Park, Griffith Park, Hollywood Wax Museum, Universal Studios, and the Hollywood Bowl.

Arrive to a private gated driveway, 2 car garage, secured gated entry, custom outdoor kitchen with refrigeration, sink, warming drawer, professional wok, pizza oven, built in Viking BBQ, 10-person outdoor dining table and a stunning fireplace.

Modern glass entry door opens to the living room optimized for indoor-outdoor living. Multiple built-in wine fridges with 400 capacity, chef's kitchen with Viking appliances, large island, Delonghi Espresso machine and so many more amenities.

This home was made for entertainment, large deck with multiple outdoor seating areas, Pella doors, custom window shades, main level bedroom, full bath, and dog run.

The master suite upstairs features a california king-sized bed, walk-in closet, stone façade fireplace, Hollywood sign views, balcony. Spa bathroom with two separate vanities, TV, two-person jacuzzi tub and the most relaxing steam shower!

The 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom upstairs have queen-sized beds each. The 4th bedroom have a full-sized bed located downstairs. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with direct access to the multi-level backyard.

Lounge in the private outdoor areas, enjoy the swim spa E2000 Endless Pool Fitness System, outdoor tv with sound bar, and views of the Hollywood sign.

I have full sets of sheets and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!

An ensuite washer and dryer, and high-speed WiFi with an internet speed are all provided during your stay!

The property was in terrible shape. Door locks were broken, and gates were not functioning. Showers smelled, and it was clear that the landscape was not maintained as there were weeds everywhere. The location is good and has a side angle view of the Hollywood sign. However, I would not recommend staying here until the property is better maintained.

Dissatisfied but good communication

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations, especially given the listing’s description and price point. Upon arrival, all doors were unlocked, which didn’t feel secure. The cleanliness of the home left much to be desired—showers and sinks weren’t clean, and the towels left folded on the beds were actually wet.Several indoor lights were either out or completely missing bulbs, and many of the outdoor lights (especially on the deck) didn’t work, making it difficult to enjoy the space in the evening. The outdoor areas overall were dusty and covered in cobwebs—none of it looked like it had been recently cleaned.We also noticed extremely dirty air filters, a ceiling leak, and unstable WiFi that made it nearly impossible to use the living room TV.The freezer had a note to completely close, but it could not be opened, which means we were unable to have ice during our stay. The listing advertises a two-car garage, but we couldn’t even fit our standard-length SUV and close the door—something to be aware of if you’re traveling with a larger vehicle.The pool lights and jets did not work, and while the hot tub was functional, one side didn’t operate properly.The only positive I can really note is that there was plenty of toilet paper stocked for our stay—which we appreciated.Overall, the property has potential but is in need of some serious maintenance, cleaning, and more accurate representation in its listing.

Hollywood getaway

This place is amazing! Perfect for the Hollywood bowl. It was a chilly weekend which made it perfect for the steam room and hot tub. The windows and outdoor spaces were done well so you can enjoy this location. Thank you for being communicative, friendly and helpful! It was a pleasure.
