Host must approve through messages. ~ 📅For stays 29 nights or more: Guests will have to sign a rental agreement with us and will undergo background check and credit check as an additional requirement. ~ 🧹Mid-stay Clean: Only a starter kit is provided to the guests in terms of essentials. If you’ll need me more, it’ll have to be at your expense. We offer mid-stay clean for the same rate as your cleaning fee. This includes standard cleaning, changing of linens, disinfection and re-supplying the starter kit. ~ 🔍Lost and Found - If you ever left an item behind and have requested to have it shipped, we will have to charge a $50 convenience fee + whatever is the shipping cost. ~🤚🏻Additional Amenities/Special Request - For any requests such as an air mattress or Pack `n Play, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. # Pet Rules All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed before check-in. If not disclosed, we will assume a pet was brought and an Airbnb claim may be filed.
• Pets may not be left unattended in the home unless they are secured in a crate.
• Please clean up after your pets. If pet waste is left behind, an additional fee will be charged to cover cleanup.
