Versatile, warm and inviting, this home comfortably sleeps up to 6 people with its 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 2-car garage with an additional 1 car carport. Guests can enjoy a unique indoor/outdoor space with a modern feel and a fully retractable living room wall that opens to a heated patio balcony with a fire pit, amazing ocean view, and barbecue grill. Enjoy the perfect getaway in the heart of Manhattan Beach. Home offers Wi-Fi enabled music on every floor, 3 outdoor spaces, 2 fireplaces, a modern kitchen and open upstairs living room with a fully retractable wall to the outside and more. This 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom house is ideal for entertaining guests or just relaxing at home with family and close friends.

Designed to meet the needs of any group, each floor has a Wi-Fi enabled speaker system [SONOS], recessed lights on dimmers, and a private bathroom for a top quality, stress-relieving “hotel” feel that still has the warmth and intimacy of a home. Perfect for entertaining guests or housing any sized family, the upstairs kitchen boasts modern-chic convenience with all stainless steel appliances, 5-burner Viking stove, automated coffee maker, fully stocked Nespresso espresso maker.

Fantastic getaway

This was our 2nd time staying here and I know it won’t be the last! This home is beautiful and perfectly located. Ala is awesome to work with and makes sure you are taken care of while you are there. I would highly recommend you to choose this as your location to stay while in Manhattan Beach.

First of all, the communication with Ala was great. Second, the house was/is perfectly equipped with everything you could want or need. The beds are cozy and everything is within walking distance. Lastly, I would stay here again and again. AND I’d highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Excellent communication with Ala before our arrival and during our stay. A friend joined last minute and he added a beach chair for her. When we arrived, we asked for a refresh on the downstairs bedroom area b/c it was dusty and it was addressed immediately. Location is perfect for the beach and walking to the Strand, restaurants, shops, etc. Garage had lots of beach equipment and toys, kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Thank you for making our trip to the Beach memorable!

Wonderful stay

Great location in Manhattan Beach with ocean views. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed for a weekend stay celebrating our daughter’s college graduation. Check in process was simple and Ala was easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot!

Just what we wanted, spaced out rooms easy for sleeping a small family with multiple children. Great view and close enough to walk to the beach. Host was outstanding and even provided menu recommendations for food that ended up being just what we wanted!
