Extremely Chill 3 Bedroom Home

Looking for a centrally located place to stay that is still a relaxing retreat where you can get away from it all? If so you've found the place. This three bedroom home features two inside living areas plus two private outdoor covered seating areas, an outdoor electric fireplace, a gas table top fire pit, a barbeque and a six person hot tub. You can wander next door (where the host's live ) to enjoy the tiki hut, waterfall, and koi pond. 20 minutes to LAX, 30 minutes to Disneyland, 30 minutes to Newport Beach, 10 minutes to downtown Long Beach.

You have the entire house and backyard to yourself with three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, family room, dinning room and living room, and plenty of outdoor seating to relax and chill. Also you have your own private six person hot tub.

The property also features over twenty fruit trees including lemons, oranges, peaches, plums, mangos and more. Guests are welcome to enjoy those fruits that are in season.

The property also features a small vegetable garden with fresh herbs, blackberries, raspberries and other vegetables. Guest are welcome to enjoy those vegetables that are in season.

Super chill

This propery was indeed a super chill space. The backyard is awesome! The overall layout of the space is a bit odd with the jack/jill bathroom connecting the bedrooms but otherwise, amazing! Kitchen space is great for cooking with the gas range with a pantry that was pretty awesome. Thanks for hosting us!

Perfect

We chose this place for a few reasons… the proximity to Ronald McDonald house where our children were staying as our Grandson had surgery; the setup of 3 bedrooms with 2 baths, 2 living areas and the outside seating area fit our needs exactly. It was exceptionally clean. The orange trees were such a treat. We made fresh orange juice every day. But above all the owners of this house were gracious, helpful, responsive and the best we’ve ever encountered in our travels. Highly recommend

Amazing indoor and outdoor space!

This was a beautiful, well stocked house with a huge outdoor patio space. We were there for Christmas and the house was beautifully decorated inside and out. The backyard was huge with a hot tub, fire table and beautiful plants including 2 orange trees laden with fruit. The kitchen has everything we needed to make a family Christmas dinner. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable as we all living spaces. Off street parking in the garage was very convenient. Host was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again next time we're in LA.

Truly an Extremely Chill VRBO

This place was fantastic—everything from the listing and more. Besides the great property itself, the hosts were extremely welcoming, helpful, friendly, and responsive, and made sure that we had the best and smoothest stay ever. They even let us tour the grounds a day early, which we truly appreciated! Cannot recommend more! And you have got to try out the hot tub!

The house was spacious and the patio is amazing. Spa was ready to go. Grill worked great. Was able to park in garage. Would have like to have screens on all the windows. Weather was so nice, we did not need heat or A/C

Perfect hosts!

Hosts were available, friendly, and quick to respond but not intrusive. The house was very nice and had all the basic necessities. It was REALLY nice to be able to use the garage/driveway! I liked that there was as much outside living space as inside living space and quite enjoyed watching the koi and turtles in the hosts' backyard. Would absolutely stay again if I find myself needing a place in Long Beach,

Nice and relaxing!

Although we were busy the 3 days we stayed, we loved coming back every evening a relaxing in the house. We watched movies and chilled out. The place was super clean and had everything we needed to make dinner. Very spacious place too! We all got to spread out. Would definitely stay hee again!

Beautiful spacious house in quiet location with very nice garden

We felt very comfortable in Michael's house. It has enough space, a super equipped kitchen and two very nice living rooms with large TV's, 3 bedrooms and a garage incl. washer and dryer. WIFI also works great. And if you have any questions, Michael is always quick and friendly to help. We had a great time in Long BEach with great trips to Las Angels, Santa Anna, Malibu and so on. Worth seeing is also a baseball game of the Angels.

Wonderful stay

The house was fully equipped with more than what we needed. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space for the whole family. It was very clean and we were all comfortable staying there. The hot tub was spectacular and the communication with Michael was seamless. We would definitely book again!

Amazing stay

Exactly as described. Host was responsive and nice. Checked in on us a few times during our stay. So maby amenities. House was perfect. 4 adults 1 teenager, and 1 toddler. House was plenty big with 2 living rooms and 2 big screen TVs. Plenty of stuff near by and after a full day of Disney rhe hot tub was amazing. Thanks for everything!!

Didn't stay long but it was perfect, quiet and had all the things we needed and some we didn't realize we needed. Just in town for a tournament and having a quiet place to decompress was ideal, this property fit that bill.

Simply perfect!

This home is less than 10 min from the airport, Target, Trader Joe’s, museums and aquarium. Bedroom 1 with Queen is a smaller room. The King room had room for a pack and play and The room with the bunk beds (full and twin) was big and plenty of room for air mattress. There are effectively two living rooms both with tvs and the backyard is huge and was nice for our family. We didn’t get a chance to use the spa but I saw it and it was big and clean. Owners are next door and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect place to stay

Five of my family members stayed for three nights to attend my daughter’s college graduation. The hosts were amazing! We took advantage of the gorgeous backyards (the hosts’ yard is accessible too) for photos after graduation. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Highly recommend!
