Welcome to our beautifully remodeled home, upgraded with a new lifestyle in mind. As soon as you step in, you'll be greeted by stunning landscaping, featuring a front yard adorned with beautiful flowers. Nice place to stay.

House was just as described. Ample room for us all. Only suggestion would be to have bigger pans for this size of our party. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Beautiful home in Sherman Oaks

This is a great house. Everything is nicely kept up and it is very clean. The backyard was such a pleasant spot, and the neighborhood is quiet and great for walking. It’s convenient to freeways, activities, and groceries, too. There are 2 bedroom areas which are spread out so there is quite a sense of privacy both inside and in the pretty yard.

Wonderful Home

It was exactly as listed, not a single complaint on the property. If you've been to LA you know travel can be kind of ridiculous (i.e. 57 minutes to travel 12 miles) but this location is perfect. Everything we needed was less than an hour away and has the option of backroads or freeways. This is a big plus in LA County. Very quiet neighborhood. And the house comes with everything you could need. We didn't have to buy any supplies other than snacks! This house will make you feel right at home. Only reason I took 1 star was the communication with the owner was not as satisfactory as I would like. I sent messages starting weeks out up to the day before arrival attempting to communicate and still did not receive any response or information to access the property until 11am the day of. This was only after VRBO sent me the property owners phone number. This was a little stressful but after that, it was smooth sailing. Overall, I would absolutely book this property again in the future and will gladly recommend to friends or family visiting.

Universal Hollywood Vacation

We came with the kids and grandkids to enjoy Universal Studios Hollywood. It was a great stay. The home is located in a nice - older but updated neighborhood - within 15 minutes of the park. The house has a sweet, beautiful backyard although the time and weather didn’t give us a chance to enjoy it. It couldn’t have been better suited to our needs. Communication with the host was excellent.

Nice home

I did not receive check-in instructions until night before check-in. The neighborhood was quiet. The property was as described. Remolding was beautiful, however there were something's I would have changed. The front bedroom that faced the main street had shears at the window. Unable to change clothes with lights on. Reclining chair in living room should be replaced. Asked for late checkout due to late flight. Received information that indicated that would not be a problem unless they received rental. Family was taking time to prepare to leave, but cleaning people were sent at original checkout time, which caused us to get in each other's way.

Great Property in the middle of it all

This property was in the middle of many attractions the LA area has to offer. We found it very easy to access the highways to locations we wanted to see. Location has a very nice grocery store less than 5min away. Property was clean, beds were comfortable and overall made us feel like we were home.

Clean, roomy house in a nice neighborhood.

We had an excellent stay at this property. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway and lots of good local restaurants and grocery stores. The house was clean and roomy and easily accommodated 8 guests. The 3 full bathrooms made getting ready in the mornings convenient. Everything is newly remodeled and the backyard was great for outdoor dining and relaxing in the evenings. The owner responded quickly to any questions.
