When a quick getaway is in order but office work must still be done, this cozy place is the perfect solution. And because of its central location, it's a great jumping off point for exploring the city and finding new restaurants and attractions to visit.

To ensure your health and safety, we only use CDC-authorized cleaning solutions and professionally washed linens and towels in this house.

BATHROOM: Its single bathroom is well supplied with toiletries such as toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. 

KITCHEN & DINING: Complete with cooking and dining essentials, our kitchen features a range of appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, rice cooker, induction stove, and more. The dining table can seat up to 4.

LIVING ROOM: Sofa set and a wall-mounted widescreen TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Videos, and other online streaming platforms.

PARKING AREA/ OUTDOOR: A little patio area with furniture is accessible. Street parking is available.

AC/HEAT: Each room has its own split AC units.

ENTERTAINMENT: Ping pong table is available to be used and is shared with the neighboring guests.

SHARED LAUNDRY ROOM: On-site washer and dryer are available and free to be used. It is being shared with the neighboring guests. Laundry supplies are also provided such as detergent and bleach.

INTERNET CONNECTION: Go on a lag-free video conference call and let the others play their online games simultaneously as the internet speed goes up to 400Mbps+.

BABY GEARS RENTAL: We have partnered with a baby equipment rental provider to offer professional baby gear during your stay. All products are thoroughly sanitized. Delivery and setup are free of charge.

To provide privacy during your entire stay, we will not be present during your check-in and check-out. All communications will be made via Airbnb Messaging. However, our property manager is nearby and can accommodate on request as needed.

POTENTIAL FOR NOISE: Because this guest house is directly beneath the main home, it may be noisy due to footsteps or especially if the front-house guests have children playing.

PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance with Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on mass gatherings, parties, and the like for this location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Violators caught will be fined as much as $500.

CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) up until 12:00 midnight via smart lock (The code will be sent 1 day prior to your arrival)

CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 AM (Due to the time needed to carry out our extensive cleaning protocols, we cannot cater to a late check-out request)

Security: The property is equipped with security cameras that are installed on the exterior of the property, such as the pool area and front entrance parking.
LATE CHECK-OUTS - Please seek permission from the host during your stay. Unapproved late check-outs may be subject to a fee of $50 for each succeeding 30 min in the property, in compliance with our partnered cleaning company.

NO PARTIES/GATHERINGS - Violation of this rule may result in termination of your stay without a refund and a minimum $500 fine.

NO UNAPPROVED VISITORS - We do not allow any unapproved visitors during your stay. Violation of this rule will result in a $50 per visitor per day fee.

NO SMOKING - Smoking in the unit will result in an odor removal fee of $500 to cover the cost of odor removal and/or steam cleaning.

NO TAMPERING OF SAFETY DEVICES - Our property is equipped with smoke detectors, indoor smoking detectors, and sound alarms. Indoor smoking detectors will detect all tobacco and marijuana use. Sound monitors will set off an alarm at high decibels, but it is not recorded to invade privacy. Any tampering or removal of such devices will result in a $500 fine.

PARKING - Please park at your own risk. Neither the homeowners nor the managing team shall be responsible for any loss or damage to any vehicle.

OVERLY STAINED TOWELS/LINENS - Please refrain from using white towels to clean floors or remove makeup to avoid a replacement fee. Towels must be washed separately; if needed, do not mix with dark clothing. Fines for non-removable stains are as follows: Towels $5, Duvet cover $35, Flat sheets $20, Pillowcases $2, blankets $30, Duvet Insert $40, Pillows $25.

NO ANIMALS - Having animals in the unit at any time may result in termination of your stay without a refund, as well as a minimum sanitation fee of $150.

NO BUSINESS EQUIPMENT OR FURNITURE ALLOWED - Guests are prohibited from bringing any additional equipment, furniture, or items for business use into the property without approval. Violation will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal from the property without a refund.

NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY - If guests are discovered engaging in any illegal activity, they will be subject to a fine of $250 and immediate removal from the unit without a refund.

NO UNAUTHORIZED MAIL/PACKAGES - We do not allow anyone to receive mail or packages at our unit. If this rule is broken and you mail something to the property, we will not take any liability if your parcel has been lost or stolen.

PERMISSION TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY - The guest shall allow the property owner or any designated workers access to the unit for landscaping, routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and inspection of the property.

QUIET HOURS - To avoid disturbing the neighbors, we impose quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM every day, including holidays. Violation of this rule may result in removal from the unit without a refund, in addition to a minimum $100 fine.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOTS ARE PROHIBITED - Unauthorized use of the rental property’s name, address, or images, including its interior, exterior, and/or private property surroundings, for any commercial use including but not limited to selling, advertising, marketing, and/or promotion of any product or business or use in any print, advertising, TV, film production, electronic, or other media, is unlawful and will be pursued to the full extent of the law.

ABANDONED BELONGINGS - Any belongings left behind in the unit after the guest checks out will be considered abandoned. If we have your belongings after your stay, the following charges will apply:

-$25 mailing fee separate from the cost of postage and storage fee.
-$25/day for storage fee.

RIGHT TO WITHHOLD GUEST'S SECURITY DEPOSIT - The management may withhold all or part of the deposit if the guest fails to follow the rules in this agreement, the property listing, or the property house manual. If the cost of damages, losses, or missing items exceeds the amount of the deposit, the management will bill the guest’s credit card for the difference and/or pursue legal action.

Causes for withholding deposit funds include, but are not limited to:

-Damage to premises or its contents.
-Missing or broken items.
-Required excessive cleaning.
-Not complying fully with the departure checklist.
-Trespassing on neighboring properties.

Clean & Location

The location was excellent due to the fact that we were visiting a grandson who just turned one. The place was very clean when we got there. We were delayed in getting our place. We probably weren’t able to get check in until about 4:30. When we arrived, there was a problem with the bathroom drain, which a maintenance person came over and fixed it within a half an hour of us checking in. The freezer door is frozen and needs to be defrosted. A few suggestions but overall we enjoyed ourselves. There was one major problem. The people that were renting above us. There was two different incidents. They were very noisy and the second renter was yelling and screaming one night till way past midnight, I called and complain, but then he did it again the very last night, very upsetting. We bought a frying pan because there was not one. We also bought a corkscrew Hot water not very hot in kitchen sink. Need new cushions for outside Patio furniture, current ones were very unclean and we could not sit out there. Mirrors are much needed in the bedrooms, the only mirror in the whole place was in the bathroom. Lights in the bathroom flickers. The last thing I would recommend is be careful who you rent to, the person above us was smoking/vaping weed every day, which smelled up the bottom unit.
