Beautiful sprawling real estate located close to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, LAX, Hollywood, and the beach. Great location for a family getaway, work retreat or relaxing escape. Our home features an enormous backyard with a heated jacuzzi, and beautiful pool, BBQ grill, a Swing set , and a fun tree house for the kiddos.
This is the perfect location for your next stay in Los Angeles. Family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

Our home is a single family home no stairs
-Walkin to door entry
- To the left is a spacious living room with comfy seating and a surround sound to watch your favorite movies or sports. Attached to the living room is a large open space filled with dinning room with an 8 person table and kitchen. We have 2 guest bedrooms one with a king bed also has a private patio to seat and enjoy your coffee, the other with a full size bed and a twin. There is a guest a bathroom available in the hallway. There is an added private bedroom that could be occupied from time to time.
The living has floor to ceiling windows that open up to the backyard. It includes a pool, jacuzzi ,tree house, swing set and lots of space to sit and relax. Also you can play basketball or games, while using our grill.
The washer and dryer is located in the garage.
There's a driveway to park and lots of street parking.
Guest access
You will be able to access the entire home. We have a shed out in back that is locked only for our cleaners.
Other things to note
-If you are staying with us on a Sunday night, we ask if you could please take our trash out to the curb for Monday morning pick up.
-A/C unit to be left at 71 degrees
- Jacuzzi fee 30$ per night

There were cob webs and spiders all over the base boards and the bottom of furniture and in kitchen. The kitchen cabinets had a stickiness to them as if they haven't been cleaned in years. The dishwasher wasn't working and the refrigerator light was out, also had an odor. The bathroom had cob webs and spiders as well at the base of the vanity and shower. The shower it self was nasty with mildew and not clean. On the plus side, the bed sheets were clean and fresh. This house is cute with the decor and finished but it needs a deep cleaning.

The place was not as we expected from the photos. The backyard had of alot unsafe items like rusted swing, exposed propane tanks, plant treatment and smelled like animal poop/urine. The house wasnt very clean, lots of animal hair on the couch and smelled like animal urine. The bathroom shower had multiple broken tiles and mold. There is also a resident in an attached portion of the house that was not disclosed beforehand their vehicle occupied the driveway.Overall very disappointing. Would not stay again and do not recommend.

If I could give this home, the host, & VRBO zero stars, I would. Don’t be fooled by the charming photos — this place was an unsafe, filthy mess disguised as a cozy retreat.We arrived to dead flies, spiders in corners, grimy floors, & kitchen cabinets caked with old food. One couch cushion had a large disgusting, sticky, white stain. The pool was murky, dirty & uninviting. A barking dog in the garage (along with other occupants) destroyed any sense of privacy or peace.The listing claimed to sleep 7, but the pull-out couch was broken & completely unusable -forcing our disabled guest to sleep on a regular couch.Worse, the home was full of safety hazards for both the 1 year old & the service dog: a razor blade in the yard, dog feces in the back, exposed wires in the wall, & a peeling & rusting shower handle that could seriously injure someone.After just one night, we left & booked another home that could safely & comfortably accommodate all of us. Despite everything, including pictures & videos, the host & VRBO denied our refund request. We paid a premium price expecting a clean, safe, peaceful stay — & got the exact opposite.Avoid this property and be cautious when booking through VRBO.
