This house is conveniently located 15 minutes from LAX, 20 minutes from the beach, and down the street from Sofi Stadium where a new movie theater and complex have been built. Plenty of convenient shopping, coffee shops and eateries are close by. This home has been recently updated and completely renovated featuring all new kitchen cabinetry, new countertops, current glass subway tiles & vinyl plank floors throughout with all stainless steal appliances. Both bathrooms are stylishly updated one as an oversized shower and the other includes a soaking tub with a rain shower, plus there is a convenient laundry area. Beat the summer heat with new central A/C throughout the house, or a dip in the newly replastered sparkling pool. Stay warm & cozy during the cooler months with a wood fireplace in the living room. New windows and new sliding door have also been installed as well as updated landscaping in the front and back of this beautiful house.
