"They need a better pool set up with more service. They serve cold pre packaged food and a very limited amount of drinks. Also I had to call for them to unlock the pool bathrooms when the pool opens at 6 am and no one opened them till 11 am."

Sheraton Universal Hotel
"Stayed here one night on the 4th of July to go to Universal Studios on Sunday. Location is within walking distance to the hotel. We have stayed here in the past and never had an issue with parking.
