Fabulous spacious home with excellent ocean and bush views accompanied by large deck areas upstairs and downstairs with two separate living zones. Freshly painted with new carpets in upstairs bedrooms. Free high speed wifi

Allergy friendly as the property has mostly polished floorboards and polished concrete.

Note: only family bookings and mature aged groups are accepted. We can not accept large groups of young people or bucks parties at this property. Excellent accommodation for conference participants as a short walk to the Main Street.

Two levels with separate living zones perfect for 2 to 3 families.
Upstairs:
Two (2) bedrooms (1 King size bed and 1 Queen size bed ), central bathroom with stand alone shower, bath and separate toilet, Huge open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with a bifold opening up to 2 large decks, one under cover facing South East and one not under cover facing North capturing all day sun. North facing bifold doors with 5 metre span opening up on to North deck creating indoor/outdoor living. Polished boards, open fire place, reverse cycle heating /cooling upstairs and downstairs.Excellent ocean and bush views.

Furnished as follows; 1 X 3 seat lounge, 1 x 2seat lounge, 1 x 1 seat lounge chair - can seat total of 8, 10 to 12 seat internal dining setting, 10 seat outdoor table and chair setting, gas barbecue on undercover deck area with spare gas bottle, 48”Smart TV with Netflix capability, dvd player, sound system. Kitchen stone bench tops with induction cooktop, electric fan forced oven, dishwasher, 2 door fridge.

Downstairs:
Two (2) bedrooms (1 Queen size bed, 1 Queen & 1 set of single bunks and 1 set of bunks with a double bed and a single on top), central bathroom with separate toilet, laundry with washing machine.Large living area with billiard table and bifold doors opening up to huge under cover deck. Ocean and valley views. Polished concrete floors. Reverse cycle heating/cooling. Furnished as follows; Corner 5 seat sofa, 8ft x 4ft Billiard table, small 4 seat dining setting; 32" Flat Screen TV/DVD.

Fully landscaped garden, car parking at the bottom of the stairs (not under cover). Short walk to main street, exceptionally private bush setting with great ocean views.

Please note all bed linen and bath towels are provided. The beds will be made up for you so you can commence your holiday as soon as you step in the door.
The linen is laundered by a commercial laundry service.

We are a family of 5 who recently stayed for a week at this wonderful property. The layout was perfect for our teenagers/young adults with friends. The area downstairs created privacy for them, but there was also plenty of room upstairs to cater for everyone. The view was magnificent from both inside and on the deck. It was well positioned, close to town. A short walk up a steep hill is needed on the way home. All provisions were there, and Julie was a fabulous host!

Our family stay of 12 people was a very good experience. Bed linen, towels provided were super clean. Kitchen had all amenities for us to cook on the premises. The terrace view of the ocean was very serene with ample of sitting area for a large group. Highly recommend this stay.

Ocean Valley View is true to its name, with a lovely outlook to the sea and the forest. Like most of Lorne, it is a stiff walk up the hill, and steps to the house, but is quite close to the beach and shops. We didn't use the car unless we were heading further afield. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs with their own rec room suited our dual generation group, with plenty of room for everyone to find a quiet or convivial corner, inside and out. Bring an eye mask if you prefer a dark bedroom in the morning as there are no block out blinds, although it is very pleasant to wake up to the filtered view through the mesh blind.

The property is in a great location, within walking distance to town. The house was just beautiful and had plenty of room for 10 women to have a great laugh over dinner. The views were spectacular and the host Julie is wonderful. Highly recommend for families and we will be back

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The property exceeded my expectations. The photos don’t do it justice. Was clean, well appointed and inviting. We had a cold first day so the fire was great. Then the sun came out and the sunshine on the deck was beautiful. Thank you again and would love to return .

A perfect house for a relaxing getaway, thanks to our hosts. We were a group of nine adult family members and from the moment we arrived, felt right at home, with plenty of space, a well appointed kitchen and living area and of course a beautiful outlook amongst the treetops with inquisitive King Parrots to greet us. The wood heater kept us cosy throughout our stay with plenty of wood supplied. We’d love to return.

Amazing property and seamless customer service provided by Rose. My friends and I had a wonderful weekend away and made many unforgettable memories. The property was stunning and even better in real life! This was a really fantastic property, great location and vibes! The view from the balcony is incredible, especially at dawn and sunset when all the native birds are active (you may want to wear insect repellent at sunset). The beds were extremely comfortable, no extra bedding was required. The towels were plush and soft to use. Due to covid, no condiments were supplied, however there were cleaning products available, as well as extra toilet paper which was much appreciated. There were a couple of daddy long legs in the house, but we didn't mind this at all due to the high ceilings. There were quite a few bugs flying around outside at night so we also figured the spiders would eat any that came inside haha. The interior decoration is really beautiful as well. We played a few games of pool, watched Netflix and YouTube on the TV and walked down the very steep hill to the town a few times, which was a great work out! The only thing to be mindful of are the cockatoos - they were very interested in saying hello when the bbq lid came off! DO NOT FEED THEM! They will literally destroy everything if they decide to hang out nearby! We suspected one of the guests staying at the neighbours had fed them, as they kept going back to a nearby house and trying to destroy the antenna and roof! They are quite aggressive around the shops area as well, as we saw a few of them go for pastries out of the hands of kids and from tables! All in all, our stay was incredibly relaxing and fun. We will absolutely try to make it back again in future. Thank you Julie for your hospitality and answering all of our questions when we needed it!

Highly recommend this property. Everything from booking, check in and even late check out was great. The balcony and views are the best. Bonus to have a pool table which was used heaps. Has everything you need. Definitely our go to house for coming to Lorne
