This hotel was absolutely beautiful, and I thoroughly enjoyed my 1,600 sq. ft. room. Here are my thoughts on the pros and cons: **Pros:** 1. The staff was fantastic. They assisted us every day with cab rides, excursions, recommendations for restaurants, and more. A very special thanks to Garry and Aleah at the front desk and concierge—they were SUPPER amazing!!! They made me feel like I was a VIP guest, I absolutely loved them and looked for them everday. 2. The hotel features both an older (original) section and a new one. You can't go wrong with either choice; the new section has modern amenities, while the older part offers bigger rooms and more privacy, as you arent in the front of the hotel. 3. My room cleaning service was missed one day, but they came out at 8 PM, while I was at dinner, to take care of it. 4. I was celebrating my 51st birthday, and they decorated my room and left me complimentary champagne. 5. Each guest receives a daily $18 voucher for breakfast. 6. The beach was so close you could toss a bag in the ocean from your room. My room was on the bottom floor, so my balcony had stairs that led right out to the beach. Not to mention the water was absolutely beautiful. So blue, clear and clean. 7. I had two private balcony's, and there was seating on both. **Cons:** 1. Smoking is not allowed on the property, not even on balconies, which is disappointing.

I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine. Housekeeping was included in the price, which is something welcome compared with my previous stays. Something incredible was the direct access to the private beach. The villa has a nice beachfront sundeck and ocean kayaks. The powdery white beach was incredible, like being in heaven. This is an incredibly safe place for ocean sports. We went kite surfing and also hired some jet skis Our concierge did a great job again arranging both activities for us. We will be returning again!

Beautiful property right on the sand, steps from the water. Loved how quiet and secluded it felt. It was a perfect few days here with everything we needed and the property manager just a call away. Would return in a heartbeat.

Overall great experience at the shore club, the breakfast was definitely a plus having to not pay for one meal a day is definitely nice, the beach at the shore club is not what is pictured at all, it isn’t as big as pictured and currently has tons of seaweed blanketing the beach. I did address the concern of the beach as I understand it’s nature, but i asked if we could move hotels to a sister property ( sands or the palms) and they responded by saying to contact Expedia and move to a different hotel like the Ritz Carlton. Also the kind bed actually is not a king bed in the room it’s actually two twin beds secured together to make a big bed which was extremely uncomfortable for us. But with the option of the free shuttle to there sister locations we did experience those beaches on the that side and those were beautiful beaches, that being said you aren’t allowed to use any amenities at the sister resorts such as the pools or beach activities. And at the sands resort you must sit in a designated zone for the shore club on the beach, which is all the way to the left. Like I said we were here on a baby moon and didn’t want to leave the resort at all, but you basically have to if you stay at this location mainly your coming to TCI to see the beautiful beaches and there is no beach to enjoy at the shore club.

4 th stay . Waterfront bungalows are amazing if you want to swim and kayak to lunch .
