Your furnished terrace equipped with a convenient outdoor dining area is the perfect place to admire the views of the lake, the mountains, and the golf course. Prepare something tasty in the fully-equipped kitchen and bring it out to the outdoor dining area while the sun sets. This development in Loreto has a beautiful landscape and gardens, in addition to three great shared pools around the complex.

Loreto Bay is situated on the coast of Sea Cortez. It is a quiet and beautiful development with plenty of things to do. Stop by the popular Corazón Cafe, go golfing at the nearby golf course, or take an ATV ride through the desert. If you are looking for something refreshing, try one of the many water activities like renting a kayak and, if you are lucky, you can enjoy a dolphin sighting! You might as well book a scuba diving trip or snorkel closer to shore.

Casa Roja is a beautiful two-story home decorated with a number of charming Mexican touches throughout. On the lower level, you will find a comfortable living area, a full kitchen, and a charming patio. Walk up to the top floor via the outside stairs and find yourself on the furnished terrace with great views and a sitting area.

The Loreto Bay development is located on the Sea of Cortez, in a quiet area of a Marine reserve where whales and dolphins are frequently spotted. Buy what you need at the village bodega. Don't miss out on the white chocolate, raspberry scones or breakfast burritos from the popular Corazon Caffee, walk to any of three community pools, and later in the day, play a game of golf while the sun sets. If you are looking for more outdoor adventures, rent a kayak or paddleboard and enjoy the sea or take out an ATV and have some fun riding through the desert.

Parking notes: Street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis; parking is not guaranteed.

The house was adequate, but the internet only worked on the first day, many of the lights didn’t work, fan speeds didn’t change, kitchen supplies were sparse and well used, pillows were old and we found some of the towels in the dryer. Not having potable water supplied was an inconvenience, but a man from the store carried a big jug to the house and we filled pitchers.The location by the water and near La Tiendita were a plus. The showers were good and it was quiet.

Our check in information was very accurate, however we struggled to find the condo unit as it had no number on the front door. We found the unit by randomly punching the door code at various properties. The property was in an excellent location and the online listing was mostly accurate. The beds were comfortable and the living space was excellent. The kitchen was under- equipped. It requires better dishes, glassware and cutlery. The outdoor furniture is inadequate. There was only one lounge chair and the bistro table on the top deck was broken. Communication with the owner was excellent even if the few deficiencies could not be addressed. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and would stay again if a few deficiencies were addressed.

Great house. Great location if you like quiet. Only a few minutes to restaurants and beach in a golf cart or car. Awesome mountain and lake views from the terrace and master bedroom. We’d definitely book again!

Beautiful location in spectacular seaside resort town. This is a lovely property beautiful views. The house itself has rather spartan amenities but is certainly sufficient.

No dish soap, complained never received any, not dish washer, broken, no cable television, not place to play cd’s provided, as far as dish washer, it is well known by the staff at the property that it hasn;t been working for quite some time. Would not rent this unit again1

I almost dont want to write this review because I want to keep the place all to myself! This spot was amazing! The house was perfect with its beautifully Spanish style set up. The view every morning and sunset was out of this world. Sitting on the toppest floor eating dinner and hering nothing but birds was absolutely perfect. My husband and I came here for my birthday weekend and will definitely be coming back again. The manager was super comunicative and helpful! My only suggestion for the host would be to put a binder in the unit with helpful phone numbers and information about the place. GPS doesnt work well there and there are no real street names and directions to get places. Its definitely a peaceful adventure though! Enjoy!
