Neap Tide es un amplio apartamento amueblado con buen gusto con tres dormitorios y dos baños situado en el lado oeste de Looe con su propio estacionamiento y a solo unos minutos a pie del puerto de Looe, el casco antiguo, restaurantes y playas.

Con vistas al antiguo bosque de Kilminorth Woods y al río West Looe, este apartamento tiene todo lo que necesita para su estadía en Cornwall. A solo media hora de Plymouth y con Fowey y Charlestown (famoso por Poldark) cerca de The Eden Project, están a solo 45 minutos.

Hay 34 pasos desde el área de estacionamiento hasta la propiedad y otros pasos para llevarlo hasta la carretera en la que se encuentra la propiedad.

Nice time in this appartment well organized. Location close to the centertown despite quite isolated in the forest. Recommended for a short terms in summer time.

We stayed for a week in the holiday apartment to explore Cornwall. The flat is beneath the road from West Looe to Polperro. Besides the good location of the flat, its greatest benefit is the own parking space on a narrow road beneath the house. The steps from the parking space to the flat were no problem for us. The flat is quiet, well equipped and clean. The moisture problem described was clearly noticeable in the bedrooms. The contact to Arundhati was quick, easy and very kind. We would choose the flat again for our next stay in Looe.

The property was totally as described, very spacious, well furnished and comfortable. It's perfectly placed for an easy 5min stroll into the beautiful centre of Looe. The outside space was lovely. Coffee at the table in the morning was so peaceful and the smell from the honeysuckle of an evening was amazing! As per the previous review, access to Netflix and/or similar would be a fantastic addition for any rainy evenings, or just a chilled night in after a long beach day. Description of Property accurate, Very good communication with owner, booking and checking in clear and easy. Good proximity to the lovely beach town of Looe. Would highlight that as stated, it wouldn’t really be suitable for anyone with mobility issues as it is can be physically demanding with steps and slopes etc but that seems par for the course in Cornwall? Property had everything we required as a family of five, if had to suggest anything to enhance our stay maybe an upgrade to TV options such as one with the ability to log into Netflix or Prime etc as Evenings and bad weather make it likely you’ll need a better choice thankfully the Olympics were on TV most of the week so not a problem! It seems that the plants, flowers and bushes in the outside seating area and the slope and steps from the parking space had slightly overgrown which gave the impression the place was a bit neglected but sure this could be easily resolved with a bit of pruning and TLC and would make arrival of guests more inviting? It is a fairly rough narrow lane that leads to the designated parking spot with limited space to turnaround etc so take care if your vehicle is larger or precious to you? The only other issue that could possibly affect your enjoyment during your stay is the property directly above, as movement from occupants above can be quite noticeable if they have young ones running around and don’t realise how much this can be heard. Overall a nice stay at Neap Tide - thank you

We’ve been visiting Looe for over 20 years and love the place. The apartment was a short walk into town and easy to find, parking is down a dirt track below the property, definitely not suitable for families with pushchairs. What was a surprise and isn’t mentioned in the details is that this is the middle floor in a block of 3 apartments. Unfortunately we had a very noisy family above us who never seemed to sleep. The whole building shook as they stomped around, the family on the bottom floor could hear them too. This spoiled our trip. We also didn’t appreciate the note left on the empty bin an hour before we left telling us to put our dog poo bags in a black sack. It was always our intention to do that when we emptied the main bin in the apartment as we got through less than one bin full for the week. We are responsible guests and you shouldn’t jump to conclusions!

The property was well sized, clean and well furnished. Although access to the property might be difficult for less abled people there were no concerns for us. The location was excellent for getting into the centre of Looe. Would return again in the future.

This property was great for our family and Arundhati was amazing to correspond with. Any question I had, Arundhati would respond immediately - thank you so much. The location was great, just a quick walk into town. The rooms were comfortable and it felt homey. The private parking was great, a bit tight for our large van but in a convenient location. My only hiccup was I really needed a dryer for our laundry. On the listing it shows the symbol for a washer/dryer, but if you clicked on the "details" (which I neglected to do, I'll admit) but it was referring to a hair dryer.

We enjoyed our stay but parking was an issue as couldn’t see which was our spot and the places tight. Everything we needed for our stay was in the property.very close to walk into looe which was great.steps up to the property would be difficult if you have any mobility issues as quite steep

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Two baths were perfect. No car needed for any activity in Looe. Location was perfect to do trips further down to Cornwall (e.g. Fowey or Truro) as well as Dartmoor visits. Communication with landlady was always very polite, helpful and with quick responses. We would come again to Looe.

My family, 4 kids and dog had a great stay in neap tide, it was a good size to accomodate us all and lovely views out onto the trees and river. It had all the things one would need to enjoy time away from home and feel comfortable. The hosts were also very prompt to communicate with us. There are stairs to go to the property, but we expect that in coastal villages along the Cornish coast, so to be mindful if you have mobility issues. It's also a great location to walk into town and pick up provisions.

We spent a week at Neap Tide. Spacious apartment, very well furnished. Great location and surroundings. Ideally located. Easy access to the quaint little town of East Looe and the beach. Great for kids and the whole family. I will surely come back again! Fantastic holiday.

An excellent base for exploring Cornwall, property was clean, well equipped and 5 minutes walk from the centre of Looe. The milk, tea and coffee where very welcome after a long journey. The only negative from our stay is that it wasn’t long enough! We will definitely return.

Apartment: We have just returned from a week stay in this lovely clean, modern apartment in Looe with our family (two young adult children and our dog ) and is just as depicted. Parking is just on the lane and although a little precarious to drive down was great to have a space to park. Plenty of space as we all had a great bedroom and bathroom with modern furnishings and loved the fact that everything is available should you need it (ironing board and iron, airer, hairdryer and all cleaning items to use and even some tea/coffee for when you arrive !) . Communication: excellent communication with Diane our host and great info on the website and in welcome book on arrival. Area: apartment is in a quieter location with wooded area great for our dog, and just a ten min walk down the hill to the lovely town and beaches. We were able to enjoy two local beaches as we were blessed with a very hot week. We were able to go with our dog to the left of main beach and hannaofore to the right, and the children enjoyed kayaking at the main beach (dogs not allowed). Lots of shops and good places to eat in and close to lovely polperro to visit and the adrenaline quarry for activities to enjoy for the day. Thanks for great stay … highly recommended 🤩

Mostly very satisfied with the property-super clean well furnished property great location. Slight downsides were the access to the property from the car park comprised a very steep slope then two sets of steps. Tough when moving in and out with cases etc. Secondly, car parking is along an unmade track and under trees. Lots of birds in the trees, lots of mess on my car.

Nice quiet apartment just out of Looe town itself. 5/10 min walk to town for shops & restaurants. Spacious apartment with all you need. Communication with owner first class. Highly recommended.
