    Escondido en la costa sur de Cornwall dentro de un área de excepcional belleza natural, a solo 3 millas de las playas y la ciudad más cercanas.     El alojamiento está organizado en dos niveles.
    Ingrese desde su jardín frontal privado (con su propio estanque, muebles de jardín de madera y césped nivelado) al nivel superior.
    Aquí encontrará la sala abovedada, el comedor, la cocina y el lavadero.
    Una escalera de roble macizo conduce al nivel inferior con sus dos dormitorios y cuarto de baño con inodoro, lavabo y cabina de ducha grande (sin baño).

    Muy limpio, bien equipado, cocina moderna y luminosa con lavavajillas, horno y parrilla, microondas, nevera / congelador, tostadora y hervidor de agua. Lavadero con lavadora, plancha, tabla de planchar, etc. Secador de pelo.
    Baño para bebés disponible.
    Wi-Fi gratis.

    El agua proviene de nuestro propio pozo, por lo que tenemos agua de manantial recién filtrada en el grifo.
    ¡Huevos de corral disponibles sujetos a la cooperación continua de nuestros pollos!

    ¿Por qué no relajarse en la bañera de hidromasaje para 8 personas, situada en los terrenos de la granja, con vistas al campo ondulado y una visión lejana del mar? La bañera de hidromasaje es compartida por los 4 graneros en el sitio, pero operamos un sistema de reserva diaria simple para que pueda elegir su propio horario.

    A menos que se acuerde de antemano, la hora de llegada es entre las 4:00 p.m. y las 8:00 p.m. y la salida es antes de las 10:00 a. metro.

    Tenga en cuenta que no permitimos mascotas en ninguno de los graneros.
    East Trenean Farm se encuentra en un área de excepcional belleza natural (AONB) entre hermosos paisajes ondulados, pero a solo 3 millas de la costa en Looe. Estamos a poca distancia de muchas de las excelentes playas de la costa sur.

    El camino costero del suroeste está cerca y es una visita obligada para los caminantes. Bodmin Moor y Dartmoor también están al alcance de los caminantes más aventureros. Los deportes acuáticos están disponibles en muchas de las playas y la pesca es popular en Looe. Relaxing Easter Stay

We had a fabulous few days at Water Mill Cottage, fantastic setting surrounding area very peaceful. Hot tub in garden, ideal for relaxing after a busy day. Graham and Jane wonderful hosts and always on hand to offer advice and help, will certainly return again, as now one of our favourite places.

Bank Holiday Stay

Stayed in The Water Mill cottage over bank holiday weekend and have to say, we were hugely impressed with the accommodation. Everything was immaculate throughout and every detail covered. Appreciated the welcome box of goodies, milk in the fridge and good quality amenities. Would definitely recommend to others visiting the area and perfect for both couples and families.

We had a wonderful stay, the cottage was beautiful, had loads of character and seeing the original mill walls inside was amazing, the hot tub was an added bonus. A lovely break at The Water Mill

We had a terrific stay with Graham and Jane, with nearly two weeks in The Water Mill. The home was spotlessly clean and finished to a very high standard - deserving of its 5-star Visit England rating. The goodies on arrival were most welcome and we also enjoyed meeting the sheep and hens. Although we stayed nearly a fortnight, we really did not want to leave!

A wonderful stay at East Trenean Farm

We had a wonderful time staying in Water Mill cottage at East Trenean Farm. The owners make sure that the cottage is well equipped with everything you could possibly ask for. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hot tub adds a splash of luxury. Also, the EV Charger was extremely useful and good value. The cottage is well situated to visit local villages such as Looe and Polperro. We really enjoyed our second visit to Water Mill cottage and would love to return.

Watermill was so lovely. We had a fantastic stay. The property was so well equipped. The extra touches like the little hamper and the fresh eggs were very much appreciated. As was the mini robe for our toddler, she loved it! Thank you, we will definitely stay again.

An amazing place to stay

Second time at East Trenean Farm. The Watermill exceeded expectations. Very clean and the decor was stunning.The log burner added a real homely feel to the place and the hot tub was so welcome after a day out. A great place to base yourself if visiting Cornwall. Jane and Graham are friendly hosts. Highly recommend staying here and definitely looking to return as soon as possible.

A very comfortable cottage in a great location

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Water Mill. It is well equipped, warm, and comfortable. The bedrooms are both of a good size, and the kitchen had all that we needed for our meals. The hot tub was lovely in the evenings - even when it rained (it's under a roof)! East Trenean Farm is well-located with lots of fascinating places to visit nearby. We managed to fit in a visit to Liskeard and Looe, with a walk from there to Polperro - highly recommended! We also went to the Wheal Martyn China Clay museum, the St Austell Pinetum, and Tintagel castle. Again, all very interesting places within an hour's drive. Charging the car at the farm was very easy too, and having a dedicated parking space helped. All in all, an excellent holiday and a great place to stay!

Picture perfect!

Photos on the website are accurate, so everything came up to expectation. The two bedroomed cottage was spacious and very well equipped. Every aspect in the cottage has been carefully designed, a lovely light airy kitchen, cosy sitting area and two large bedrooms, with very comfortable beds. It has two lovely gardens which catch the sun all day. The hot tub is very secluded too. Looking forward to a future visit.

An enjoyable stay at The Water Mill

We had a fantastic three nights at the Water Mill with our two boys, 11 and 15. The cottage was immaculate and perfect for our needs. The hot tub was a very welcome addition to unwind after a days activities! The location is peaceful, yet close enough to many attractions and places to eat. Jane and Graham were fantastic hosts, providing lots of information about the local area, and on hand if there were any issues (we had none!). I would recommend East Trenean Farm cottages without hesitation for anyone looking for accommodation near Looe. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Simply Outstanding!

Thank you to the fantastic Graham and Jane. Great location within a few miles of Looe! With an amazing fish and chip place “The Coddy Shack” within 5 minute drive. Overall, one of the best holiday cottages we’ve stayed in as a family of 3. Wonderful friendly welcome from Graham who made sure we were perfectly settled in. The pre and post visit communication was also better than almost anywhere we have stayed. We all loved the hot tub which was clearly very well looked after and spotlessly clean. super comfy beds…as good as a staycation gets! Our 7 year old son loved the games field with football goals and play equipment, he also enjoyed saying hello to the hens. The whole accommodation was pristine and had everything a family of 3 could need. Lovely coffee machine and a very useful welcome box…adding a little Easter egg hunt kit for our son may be a small thing but it was such a personal a lovely touch. The beds are extremely comfortable and every detail in the cottage is considered. For any family of 3 or 4 that is looking to stay close to, but not necessarily in Looe, I simply can’t recommend The Water Mill at East Trenean Farm highly enough. It’s set a new standard in what good looks like for a Cornwall cottage stay for us as a family.

Young family 5 day break

We had a wonderful four-night stay with our two young children. The place is full of thoughtful little details that made it really special – from the little welcome hamper with tea, biscuits and cake, to cosy night lights that double as torches, and even bath robes for the children to use after the hot tub. The accommodation itself was warm, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The beds were big and inviting, the kitchen had everything you could need (all high-end), and having washing and drying facilities was a real bonus. We loved the internal fire, the barbecue, and the hot tub – all perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is excellent, with direct access down into Looe, a large supermarket nearby, and plenty of family-friendly activities in the area. On-site, the kids loved the little park and especially feeding the chickens. The views are beautiful, and it really does feel like a peaceful retreat. The hosts were fantastic – always available on WhatsApp and so attentive throughout our stay. All in all, a really lovely stay – highly recommended.

What an amazing place, everything was so well organised and worked like a well oiled machine. All descriptions were accurate, the property was clean and tidy with a welcome pack waiting for us. We needed more logs during the stay (it was cold!) and they were delivered to us at no additional cost. Jane and Graham have everything so well organised and were easy to contact and responded well. We would definitely recommend this accommodation (we stayed in the Water Mill) and these hosts. A definite 10 out of 10 from us.

Cornish Delight

The cottage was extremely well presented, finished to a very high standard, and very well equipped. The location was perfect for us by not being hidden down some difficult to access single track round, but instead is easy to get to from a B road. Despite being located on a B road, the property was very quiet, and hence very relaxing. The free to use EV charging was a major bonus for us, allowing us to explore nearly all of the areas around Looe that we wanted, without consuming any petrol. At the end of a day walking along the coastal path, the use of our personal hot tub was very welcome indeed! would very much recommend, and hope to return again at some point in the future.

Lovely accommodation and hosts

We had a wonderful stay at the Water Mill with our 17 month old little boy. Graham and Jane are lovely and extremely accommodating, adapting the cottage for our little boy with baby gates, high chair etc. ready on our arrival. The cottage and hot tub is beautiful, very clean and cosy! The hot tub area is very private and so peaceful, it was a wonderful wind down after a busy day! The only thing we would say is master room mattress wasn’t particularly comfortable and there are no child locks on the kitchen cabinet doors, but it was manageable, we just moved any breakables to wall cupboards instead. We would definitely not hesitate to return. Beautiful part of the country. Thank you for a lovely stay.

1 Weeks Family Holiday in Cornwall

From the minute we placed the booking it was clear the attention to detail was first class. The dedicated online user account, specific to our booking, gave all the information we needed about the location, the accommodation, things to do and places to eat. We were kept informed of everything we would need to know and do prior to arrival. Upon arrival at the Farm we were greeted by Graham who was more than happy to show us around the cottage and tell us everything we needed to know. The hamper was an added bonus and gave us all the basics to get us through the first evening. Our children particularly enjoyed the play area and goal posts. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, stunning cottage and hot tub! Would highly recommend East Trenean Farm and we will certainly be returning.

Cornish haven

East Tranean Farm cottages are set in beautiful countryside. From the moment you turn off the road into the drive you are met with peace and tranquility. The cottages are all well maintained and the gardens kept perfectly. We stayed in Water Mill which was perfect for 3 adults. Everything you need is provided, luxury hamper, bathrobes, soap etc. My husband loved the coffee machine and pods. Outside the cottage has a lovely private garden and a separate garden area with hot tub under a pergola. Even on a rainy day it was perfect. Clever hedge plantings mean you are not aware of anybody else. We really liked that you park your car in a little car park as you don't hear cars coming and going. The location is just about right. Near enough to pop into Looe, which we actually quite liked and far enough away to feel rural. There are so many little beaches and towns to visit within 10 miles and plenty of walking. Fabulous cottage a short drive away from Looe

We have recently returned from a 7 night stay in the Watermill at East Trenean Farm. The photos on the website really don't do the place justice, it is much more spacious than the photos suggest. Despite the other cottages being booked out, it felt very private and we didnt feel like we were sharing the cottages with other families. When we arrived the place was spotlessly clean and had tea, coffee, biscuits, milk and dishwasher tablets so no stress on this front either! The playground was set well away from the cottages so the children could play out of earshot. The hot tubs were well maintained and well serviced daily. Only a very short drive from Looe - beautiful town with lots of places to eat, and Polperro which is another beautiful traditional fishing village. Also the large Morrisons in Liskeard is only 10 minutes drive away for all your shopping provisions. We also used the EV chargers which worked very well and completely removed any charging related stress! We would highly recommend to families and couples looking for a relaxing break in cornwall.

A relaxed break in October

This was our second time staying at the Water Mill, East Trenean Farm. The accomodation was spotless and very welcoming. Large bedrooms with huge comfortable beds. The hot tub is fantastic and was great to relax in after a day of walking on the moors and cliff tops! Location is perfect, you are surrounded by lovely views and a short drive from beaches and shops as well as several lovely pubs. We love this place and will be back.

Weekend away

Me and my husband were lucky enough to win a weekend at The Watermill. I cannot recommend the cottage highly enough!the location was perfect only a few minutes drive from Looe but so quiet i felt we could be miles away. The cottage was amazing. So clean and cozy. Great facilities and covered hot tub a bonus although we were blessed with good weather. The photos really dont do the property justice. Jane and Graham seemed really lovely and you could tell they have thought of everything!even hair bobbles for the hot tub if you forget them. The local pub served good food and there is a lovely walk from there through seaton nature reserve. I would 100% recommend and return

Very high standard accommodation with attentive owners.

The Water Mill is furnished to a very high standard and retains some of the features of its former use, which gives it plenty of character. The owners are very pleasant and attentive without being intrusive, being available to provide advice and resolve any issues. For instance our hot tub temperature was accidentally set slightly too low, when I mentioned this it was resolved in less than 5 mins, which I felt was really great service. The cottage was spotless and had been sanitised and checked prior to our arrival. I would definitely recommend this property.
