I was very disappointed that i have to pay Almost 10k for a little stain. They should let us know the rules and prices for everything before checked in. NEVER AGAIN. I THINK IT'S A SCAM FOR ASKING US TO PAY ALMOST 10k

This is the most luxurious place we have stayed at and the staff was very attentive and friendly. There were a few things that needed to be fixed but it was an over-the-top experience overall.
