This is a shared housing situation with a pair of single men. Christopher met me at the door when I arrived and was very friendly. The resident dog is shy and sweet. To get to the rental space you enter through the front door and walk past the living space on the main level, then descend a staircase into the small basement apartment. It was quite dusty and is crowded with many large furniture items. I would not recommend this space to anyone traveling with children. The art is eclectic. There is no kitchenette downstairs, and the barstools at the tall barrel table are too tall to comfortably use to sit there.Any perishable food must be stored and prepared in kitchen upstairs on the main level. The kitchen is spacious, but not especially clean. The unconditioned wooden cutting boards and several utensils were stored dirty and needed to be washed before using. Pans are Teflon coated and scratched. I had to move items around to make space for my food in the fridge and freezer. The deep soaking tub in the bathroom was nice, but was not clean, so I had to wash it of hair and dust before using it. The bed is comfy, and has a feature that can make it vibrate. There are two contoured memory foam pillows, and two larger puffy pillows. The bedroom curtains do not effectively block the light from entering, and are tricky to use because of the extra table placed in front of the window. TLDR: Overall, I enjoyed my two night stay here. Comfy bed, nice tub, centrally located.
