  • Segundo piso para no fumadores con vista al golfo. Unidad COMPLETAMENTE renovada y NUEVAmente amueblada en octubre de 2016. Espectaculares vistas al atardecer del Golfo desde el patio del balcón del segundo piso. A pocos pasos de la playa de arena blanca y la piscina. La unidad está situada en una zona tranquila con fácil acceso por ascensor o escaleras.
    Magníficamente designado, el espacio abierto ofrece un flujo elegante y abierto en la sala de estar que incluye la cocina, el área de entretenimiento y el comedor. Las habitaciones extendidas duermen 6 cómodamente (sin sofá cama, camas plegables o literas). Pisos de madera en toda la unidad.
    Pintoresco, tranquilo, y la calidad de un resort boutique, no la molestia, el ruido, la naturaleza impersonal de un hotel. Se convertirá en parte de nuestra familia de Sand Cay, y esperamos su regreso año tras año.

This condo includes a limited view of the gulf from the patio and a full view of the pool and shuffleboard court area. If you have tweens, this is a great condo to keep an eye on them no matter which direction they go. This condo also has a very well appointed kitchen, with all the pots, pans, small appliances, and even some ziploc bags, foil, Saran Wrap, spices, sugar, extra coffee and tea (December 2023) that you might need for your stay.

Awesome place!

The condo was spotless. It's exactly as pictured. We enjoyed mornings on the balcony overlooking the courtyard with a view of the ocean. The outdoor areas of the property were very beautiful and meticulously maintained. The pool was heated and bigger than it looks in the pics. We loved that the beach chairs, toys, etc. were provided and we didn't have to buy, rent, or carry those things with is. The grassy courtyard area with the gated pool and shuffleboard along with the grilling area and outdoor tables made this a great environment for adults to relax and kids to run around and play freely.

Really couldn’t be better. Only slight annoyance was the very squeaky beds in the second bedroom. Eventually my son moved to the living room and slept on the very comfortable couch. Sand Cay doesn’t have the charm of Sanibel or the shells but the beach was lovely and loved having loungers to use on the beach.
