2nd Floor Non-Smoking Gulf Front Unit. Unit COMPLETLY renovated and NEWLY furnished. Spectacular sunset views of the Gulf from 2nd floor balcony patio. Just steps from the white sand beach and the pool. Unit is quietly situated with easy access by elevator or stairs.
Gorgeously appointed, the open living space provides a stylish, open flow in the living area which includes the kitchen, entertainment area, and dining space. Extended bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably. Hardwood floors throughout the unit.
Amenities include:
* Beautiful open-design kitchen which is FULLY equipped and features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
* Living area features NEW over-sized sectional sofa and chairs that were purchased in 2025, desk work station, 48” HD flat-screen TV, HD-DVD player, Verizon FIOS, and free WIFI.
* Master bedroom features king bed, 32” flat-screen TV, his and hers dressers and custom closets with attached NEWLY (2022) remodeled master bathroom with a walk-in-shower.
* Guest bedroom features NEW (2023) bedroom furniture with 2 queen size beds, custom closets and 26” flat-screen TV with adjacent bathroom that has a tub & shower.
* Multi-speed ceiling fans in all rooms. All NEW furnace, air conditioner and large capacity water heater installed in 2023.
* The deck has counter-height furniture so you can enjoy the gulf-view while you dine.
* Utility room features beach supplies including 2-beach umbrellas, 2-low sitting breach chairs, beach towels, iron & ironing board, clothes drying rack, cleaning supplies including broom, vacuum, swifter, fire extinguisher and more.
Building exterior and grounds were completely renovated in 2008, and the upscale common areas have terrific amenities with a fenced-in-pool, on-site free guest laundry, shuffleboard, tennis/pickleball courts and a full service management office. Complex has a relaxed, upscale feel and is located in an extremely safe area. Unit is great for vacationers seeking peace and tranquility, as well as families wanting an active get-a-way. Awesome place!

The condo was spotless. It's exactly as pictured. We enjoyed mornings on the balcony overlooking the courtyard with a view of the ocean. The outdoor areas of the property were very beautiful and meticulously maintained. The pool was heated and bigger than it looks in the pics. We loved that the beach chairs, toys, etc. were provided and we didn't have to buy, rent, or carry those things with is. The grassy courtyard area with the gated pool and shuffleboard along with the grilling area and outdoor tables made this a great environment for adults to relax and kids to run around and play freely.

Super property!

Clean, convenient and ideal. Sand Cay is a perfect location in Longboat Key for a quiet trip to the beach with a great pool. Unit 215 was clean, comfortable and cozy! Loved our vacation and will definitely be back!!

Beautiful property!

This was an amazing property! The condo was beautiful, well equipped and in a stunning location. The management staff on site couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. I would absolutely rent here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
