Estos espaciosos terrenos están situados en 1. 8 acres de tierra que también cuenta con una cancha de tenis privada, de tamaño completo, cercada. Para los entusiastas de los navegantes, disfruten de atracar su barco / yate en su muelle privado de aguas profundas en el patio trasero.

Esta casa de 4000 pies cuadrados es perfecta para entretener y acomodar a todos sus amigos y familiares. Esta casa ofrece cuatro amplias habitaciones y tres baños y medio. Ubicado en el piso principal hay tres dormitorios; uno de los cuales incluye un baño en suite. La suite principal de gran tamaño, que se encuentra en el piso superior, cuenta con vestidores para él y para ella, baño en suite con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha grande con múltiples cabezales de rociadores, lavabos y tocadores para él y para ella y baño privado. Toilette con bidet. El dormitorio principal también cuenta con una sala de estar / lectura en suite con hermosas vistas panorámicas de la bahía y entre costas.

El comedor formal cuenta con una mesa de comedor para ocho personas con vistas despejadas a la bahía y a la costa. La gran cocina Chef completamente surtida, diseñada para el entretenimiento, viene con: una estufa de gas Viking de seis hornillas, parrilla plana, dos hornos y una llave para llenar ollas. Esta cocina también cuenta con encimeras de granito, con dos lavaplatos, una gran máquina de hielo congelador / refrigerador Sub-Zero con un segundo refrigerador Sub-Zero debajo del mostrador y una mesa de mármol con cuatro asientos. Esta cocina también tiene una chimenea de leña de doble cara con un televisor de pantalla plana en la parte superior de la repisa.

El amplio salón ofrece vistas despejadas a la bahía y a la costa. Esta habitación está bellamente decorada y también cuenta con una chimenea de leña para esas noches frías con un televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared. La sala de estar, así como la cocina comedor, tienen puertas correderas que desaparecen y conducen al patio exterior cerrado y a la piscina privada.

Wonderful Longboat Key vacation home

Our family had a fabulous time at this beautiful vacation home. The pool was delightful, the gourmet kitchen was out of this world, the tennis court was a treat, and all the rooms were clean, organized and inviting. The location on LBI was great, as the beach was a short walk away. The house was well equipped with whatever one might need to have a comfortable stay. We Hope to be able to come back next year.

Beautiful home in a great area

My family had such a great time staying at this home. We had our dog with us as well. The beach is a pretty short walk, with no one at it when we went. The kitchen was beautiful and we definitely enjoyed cooking in it. We look forward to staying here again!

Longboat Key - best location!

Amazing property, location and best beach in surrounding area. Wonderful vacation with my family and I. Fully stocked home ( expect to buy your own everyday amenities), with great sunrise view from Master bedroom, good fishing from the dockside and excellent pickle ball court. Really nice private beach for neighborhood just 7min walk away. We would most definitely return!!

Don't Hesitate

This property is beautiful, fun and relaxing. We fished off the dock, played in the pool and a short, quick walk to the beach. House was great for us and our adult children/spouses. We never felt cramped or unable to gather together. Kitchen is AWESOME! Carlos was AWESOME!

Family vacation

Overall a beautiful property and will consider coming back again! The house was very comfortable for the entire family. All the bathrooms had showers, the bedrooms were ample, the dining room accommodated all of us at once, the kitchen was large and the pool was beautiful. The company taking care of the property was also excellent and very responsive. We had a problem connecting to the internet, and it was resolved in a day. I would recommend this property for family get-togethers. It was a lovely stay!

2024 Longboat Key Vacation

We were thrilled with our stay. The property was exactly as pictured and the home accommodated our family perfectly! We love to cook, and the kitchen was our hang-out spot. We loved having the covered pool and access to fishing at the dock. Temperatures were very hot while we were there so our pickle ball games were limited to early in the morning, but it was so nice to have the court available. Close to supermarkets and lots of restaurants. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Wonderful stay

Spent a week with family at this vacation home. The house was very spacious and clean and an easy walkable distance from the beach. We also enjoyed the outdoor space, mostly the pool. Very close to restaurants and the grocery store which made for a laid back and relaxing week!

beautiful location

It was so nice to have access to the bay from the property. We were easily able to use our paddle boards every day from the jet ski platform. We also enjoyed bike riding, pickelball, and walks to the beach. Carlos was wonderful with communication and even provided a crib for our granddaughter. I highly recommend this property.

Longboat Key

What an excellent place to relax! The house and property were exactly as pictured. We made the short walk to the beach several times, played both tennis and pickleball ( all supplies were in the garage), and the teens enjoyed the pool. You definitely need a car to get around. The house was very clean and comfortable. What a great place! The only problem we had was the front lights wouldn’t turn on at night. We used the flashlights on our phones but I managed to trip and fall where the walkway curves.

Great home in great location

This is a beautiful property with plenty of space for us 6 adults and one infant. The lock I back was a great fishing spot and we enjoyed the pool and tennis/pickleball court on several occasions. I recommend checking everything when you arrive. We didn't confirm that things were available and operational until we actually wanted to use them. If something was missing or had a problem, we then had to wait for it to be addressed. The owner was great about addressing everything (!) but, ideally, we would have checked everything day 1. Carlos is friendly, professional, and very responsive.

This is our third stay at this property and I have already booked for next year. The house has everything: beach, lake, pool and a wonderful kitchen. It also has pretty good restaurants near by and you can rent a boat, jet skis, etc in a place near by. The owner is very responsive and always attentive to our needs.

Excellent Stay

We were very pleased with every aspect of the property. The home was clean, spacious for a family with kids, and comfortable. The pool was a great size and the temperature of the water was perfect! Beach access was a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again in the future. I also want to add that the property manager was very prompt and responsive with any questions we had.

Absolutely Amazing!

I have stayed in many VRBO properties and this was by far the best. The home exceeded my expectations. The pictures of the property are 100% accurate. It was the perfect getaway for our family of 6. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything one would need and more. Carlos was a wonderful host, responding to all my questions. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

This location is spectacular! Carlos was super helpful when we had a few minor issues! Already booked for next year!!! Only note: prearrange if you are bringing a boat. My fault for not communicating we we renting one and there is a resident boat there.

Comfortable, super clean, great view.

Excellent hosts. The house was very clean and comfortable. The view from the living room, master bedroom, and pool are picturesque day and night. The layout of the house made it very quiet and private for sleeping while others were still up late in the main living area. The dock was new, very sturdy and well lit at night. We usually rent homes where we can dock our boat and this home had the best set up so far. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was great. Thank you Carlos for sharing your home with my family. We really enjoyed it and plan to come back again next year.
