Welcome to your ideal beachfront retreat in Longboat Key! This fully renovated condominium offers a luxurious and comfortable stay with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for families, couples, or a group of friends. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a modern and elegantly furnished interior, complete with all the comforts of home. The living space flows seamlessly into a well-equipped kitchen.

The condo is situated on the 2nd floor of a boutique building with a limited number of units, offering guests a unique blend of privacy and serenity. The building's design and location is just a few steps to the beach and include views of the beach and gulf from the unit.

For your convenience, the condo includes high-speed internet, in-unit washer/dryer, and a smart TV in the living room with TVs in each bedroom, making your stay hassle-free. There are also two separate workspaces in the unit that include a desktop monitor and printer. Additionally, you'll have access to the building's amenities which include a heated pool, outdoor grill area, and two tennis courts.

Nestled in a prime location, our condo is just a stone's throw away from local restaurants, offering a taste of the area's culinary delights. You're conveniently located near popular attractions like St. Armand’s Circle, Downtown Sarasota, and Anna Maria Island, each offering its unique charm and activities.

Wonderful condominium... beautifully and comfortably furnished with spectacular views and ready access to beach and pool. It seems like everything was thought out and implemented for the visitor. I would highly recommend this residence for the Longboat Key traveler.

Perfect piece of Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Everything was perfectly in order, ample supplies, towels etc. Spacious and beautifully decorated. Great communication with the owner, no issues at all. The property was in fairly good shape considering the hurricanes did so much damage on the island. Will be return renters to this lovely unit.

Beautiful Paradise

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo felt brand new and luxurious with all updated finishes and decor. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. We were able to cook meals in the kitchen. There is a Publix on the island which is very convenient. The pool is beautiful and clean. There is a short walking path to the beach. The beach is gorgeous with turquoise waters and it was never crowded. This is why we love Longboat Key. I highly recommend this condo.

Amazing place

We are hesitant to give a great review because we love this place and want to book all our vacations here. We loved the area and the beach, beautiful and quiet. the pool is wonderful too. The condo itself is perfect, tastefully done and easy to feel right at home. The kitchen is amazing and has everything you could possibly need to cook every night. the beds are so comfortable and the whole place feels like brand new. They also have beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, ect. This is the first place we've rebooked while staying because it's just that good.
