Beautiful beach right out the door and sunset views right out the balcony! While a little distant from AMI or Sarasota this condo was quiet and away from the busyness. Pretty much had whole wide open beautiful beach to ourselves! Kitchen is very small but had what we needed. Walls are thin so easy to hear neighbors and road noise but we just ran a fan at night and were fine. Nice pool and washer/dryer in the unit to use. Very clean and comfortable. Recommend if you don't mind a little drive to shopping/food.

Beautiful location easy to find on a quiet safe beach, with direct views in both the living room and the balcony, and access just a few steps onto the beach. The property was very nice and clean, and it was nice having enough towels for both the beach, and bathrooms. The outside of the property and the beach chairs were nicely cleaned daily. We enjoyed the location ability to also get to the bay to do some fishing and kayaking excursions, as well as being able to go into town for dinner and shopping. Convenient also to get groceries.Would have been nice to have a pot holder for the oven, and a plastic spatula, as the metal one was the reason the one non-stick frying pan was scratched up. Also would be nice to have basic condiments and saran wrap, coffee filters. I left the ones we purchased for the next guest. The dishwasher works, but must run on heavy duty to clean properly. Not the property owners fault but there is construction on both neighboring properties, but it didn't start early, and the building the unit is in looks nicely renovated from the hurricanes, new rocks, fencing, painting, etc.

Excellent location, beautiful views, perfect for a few nights. Comfortable sofas and beds. Seemed so much larger than it looked online. Public areas are kept immaculate, saw all the pool furniture getting washed down. Very warm pool. Lovely beach walk and excellent shelling.

There is a saying that what matters most is location, location, location, location. Baby, this place has got the location! Lots of listings will tell you that it's only steps to the beach and they mean about a million steps. This place is steps from the sand! The water there was a turquoise clear and the beach was clean. There is a photo attached with a palm tree, that is the view from your living room. The room is spacious. Two nice bedrooms and a sofa in the living room. Big enough to sleep on if you needed it. The bathrooms are spacious, and the kitchen has all the amenities that you should need. Including a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The location is very close to a Publix. If you turn right from their parking lot, Publix is just right down the road a little way. There's a sign in front, that says ; The beach at Longboat Key. That's what you're looking for. If you get the time and you drive into Sarasota like you're headed to their airport, there's a lovely shopping area that we didn't have time to get to, so we're making plans to go back!

This unit is perfectly located on longboat key. Just steps to the beach, less than a mile to the grocery store and conveniently located near several excellent restaurants. The description of the unit was spot on and would definitely stay there again.

The condo is a lot bigger than what the pictures show. Very comfortable and accommodating. Could use a small kitchen island for more counter space and storage. Appliances were a little dated but worked. The steps on the walkway to the beach need repaired and watch out for the stickers!!! I would definitely recommend and stay here again! Overall we all had a wonderful time!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view is great! The beach has plenty of room to spread out. There were only two umbrellas to use so if you don’t get one and want cover you’d need to bring your own. We had an issue with the bathtub and it was handled very quickly. We will definitely be back!

Great location. Only complaint is the TV...could not find HD channels and could not connect to our Netflix account. Should also replace the knobs on the stove....can't tell what the heat settings are. Good value and would recommend to anyone not looking to spend the at Zota or the St Regis!
