50 ft from sand, Private Island 125 +review

This property is a family-owned 800 square foot tower apartment on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a full kitchen, living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, and a bedroom with two queen size beds. It is part of the Zilli Collection. Each with the Zilli touch of amazing view, decor, (not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts, 40 year old flooring, one SIZE fits all, etc.). We call it upscale coastal. The properties are more of a resort, 5 star hotel feel. We own an elegant upscale home next door, a penthouse unit, a direct walk out unit, along with 2 units with the option to connect into one suite.

You’ll find everything you need on-site from free WIFI to dishes, linens, towels and even a few extras you may need for your stay like puzzles and soap. There is a pool and a covered area with grills and picnic tables overlooking the beach. Hope to see you soon at one of my beautiful vacation homes. All you need is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. The beach is just steps away.

This resort is not a place of public accommodation as defined by the ADA and, therefore, does not meet the accessibility requirements of the ADA. That said, there are some accessible features at the facility. Please ask me specific questions to determine if this property would a good fit for your needs.

The beach access is so easy and convenient. The shared sunset viewing space is wonderful. We enjoyed sunsets every night! Each morning we were greeted by dolphins swimming playfully just yards from the shoreline. This unit is a great value for all that it has to offer. This is definitely a place I would like to return to again.

My husband had an amazing stay on this property. It was steps away from beach. The property was quiet and everyone was really friendly. The condo had everything one needs to enjoy their visit. One thing I would consider changing is the quality of beach towel offered. I know that is a small request, but they were not very soft. Other than that everything was perfect. We will definitely return!

Nice little 1 bedroom apartment very close to waterfront . very clean and compact . Had everything my wife and I needed or could have wanted for a short week at the beach . Our renter was at our beck and call for a few of our questions and wants . Would highly consider staying there again in the future.

Great location. Beautiful views of the gulf. Ground floor - walk straight out to beach from patio was perfect. Unit was super clean and beautifully decorated. Owner is very communicative and accessible. Highly recommend ! We will be back !

Book this incredible place!

It offered all the ingredients for a perfect vacation. This lovely unit is steps from the the most gorgeous shore and the heated pool has jacuzzi jets. The beds are comfy and the shower is amazing with plenty of hot water and strong pressure. The host goes above and beyond! I highly recommend it.

Annual Christmas Time with Family

We loved the Turtle Crawl. Perfect spot to spend time away. The Location to beach matched previous condos, putt putt course was a huge hit with family. Saw and almost caught a shark. Secluded and convenient to pool and washers and dryers. Grateful to have found this place. We will be back for another stay

Above and Beyond

The location was perfect….beachfront with a view to the horizon and dramatic sunsets every evening. The beach was a mere fifty feet from the porch. The apartment was furnished with very high end furniture and finishes. It really felt like an exclusive resort hotel. The kitchen was outfitted with everything that was needed for daily living…,again all high end appliances and utensils. The beds were the best we’ve ever had in any rental to date. I highly recommend this excellent apartment and we look to booking it again in the very near future.

It really is a walkout to the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be coming back. The apartment is clean and modern with two smart TVs. Not crowded, right on the beach, ocean sunset view, white sand, close to restaurants, parking available, free puting green, shuffleboard(we played as we dried off from the ocean)This was the perfect vacation!

In a smaller quaint condo complex. Just as described! Perfect location and literally steps to a amazing beach. Everything in condo is high end. Exceptional communication with owner. Gracious to even help with dining options! Highly recommend!

Exceptional!!

We could not recommend this property more!! It was a beautiful 1 bedroom that had plenty of sleeping options for my family! The convenience of the 1st floor walkout was price less!! The inside was immaculate while decorated with exceptional taste! We had everything we needed plus! Loves that there is plenty of beach chairs that you can just pull down to the Gulf of Mexico and spend your day floating in the gorgeous water! Location was also perfection! Close to Publix and all our favorite restaurants, yet once on the beach you feel the seclusion! Thank you to our wonderful host that stayed in contact and made sure that we were well taken care of! It’s very difficult to get a reasonably priced place on LBK for less than a week so we are so glad we found this gem!! Looking forward to booking next time for longer!

Wonderful place

We absolutely love this place, its very clean and up to date on everything, so close to beach that is so private. Its just a paradise vacation for me here. Its our 2nd time here. We wil be back for sure. Thanks to the management for checking on us and being there.
