Log Cabin on Paradise Pond:
Is a secluded private water front with NEW white sandy beach, dock, inside kitchen, outside kitchen under a covered porch with charcoal grill, water front covered porch with blue stone patio, and a covered porch off the master bedroom with hammock. Campfire (wood included), swimming, fishing, boating & floating, (canoe, kayaks, row boat, tubes), to enjoy the great outdoors. It's like camping with all the comforts of home! Privately owned and fully equipped to make packing easier. Beach chairs, campfire chairs, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, toaster with airfryer & oven, coffepot, microwave, utensils, Ice Machine, dish soap, paper products, towels, linens, & blankets etc...
Best family, friend, & R&R time. We have cell service but WIFI is not an option here for us to have.
Close by Attractions:
Fly fishing, Delaware River, East Branch River and the Beaverkill River all within 7 miles. Handsome Hallow Barn Wedding Venue 2 miles, Catskill Pheasantry 3 miles, French Woods Festival of the Performing Arts & French Woods Golf Course 8.5 miles, Villa Roma Country Club & Golf 20 miles, Bethel Woods Center for the Arts 28 miles (original Woodstock site and museum), Manhattan GW Bridge 2+hrs.

Towns:
Long Eddy 7 miles (has river access and good food) Callicoon 15 miles (Voted top 10 small towns in the USA), Hancock 15 miles (Where the East and West Branch rivers start the Delaware River), & Roscoe 20 miles ( Voted Trout Town USA). All towns have shopping and great restaurants.

Delaware River 7 miles, (canoeing, kayaking, and tubing rentals available), East Branch River 7 miles, Beaver Kill River 7 miles (All rivers have Fishing with public accesses with NYS fishing license).

If you’re looking for a peaceful weekend getaway at a beautiful cabin this place is it. You get all the of perks of a lakeside experience (kayaks, canoes, swimming and fishing) without having a nosy neighbor 50 feet from you. The cabin is super comfortable and comes stocked with pretty much everything you would need aside from food, drinks and good company. The spring fed pond is the perfect size for all your water activities. Overall the property is beautiful and will exceed your expectations. This is the second year in a row that my friends and I have rented the cabin for a guys weekend. Kim has always been such accommodating host. We will definitely be heading back next year!

Relaxing family getaway

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was nice to be unplugged for a while and enjoy one another. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. My son loves to snuggle up to a movie at the end of the night, so I downloaded a few onto my laptop so we could watch them on a couple nights, which worked perfectly.

Kim and her husband do an amazing job of keeping this beautiful location authentic, peaceful and super relaxing. This is our 3rd trip here and we will keep coming back. Absolutely beautiful and peaceful!!

A Gem!

My daughter and I experienced serenity and complete digital detox. Kim, the owner is so nice and kind. The scenery is better in person. It will be a regular spot for us moving forward.

Absolutely amazing! Perfect place to disconnect and enjoy life.

The photos and description are very accurate - the log cabin and surrounding areas are as beautiful, clean, and inviting as depicted. We had an absolutely fantastic time - the kids loved swimming, fishing, and exploring the pond and grounds - my wife and I loved the peace and quiet. Disconnecting at it's best for sure. Kim is a phenomenal host - she was always there when we needed her, but let us enjoy the tranquility of the cabin on our own. My daughter (10) says: 10 out of 5 stars - we should move here. My son (8) says: Do you think they'd let us live here forever and bring the dogs? We should ask.

Perfect getaway on a private pond

I recently had the pleasure of spending a long weekend at the cabin and it exceeded all expectations. The cabin and surrounding land was well maintained. One of the highlights of our stay was the range of activities for the kids. They enjoyed fishing, taking boat rides, and building sand castles. Kim was warm and welcoming and provided all the necessary equipment making it convenient and hassle free. Thank you again for sharing your wonderful cabin with us.

Great Host! Incredibly clean property and beautiful location!

We had a great stay! Kim was very gracious and showed us all the features of the property. Firewood was well stocked and she had the wood stove ready to light. The entire property was super clean! The only downside we experienced is there is no Internet available. It was nice to be unplugged most of the day but a little hard to check in on Family. All in all a beautiful visit we will come back for sure!

This is our second trip to the Cottage at Paradise Pond. And it really is a hidden paradise. This is the perfect location to get away. You can put your phone away and just enjoy the tranquility and privacy.

Beautiful Getaway

The cabin is a perfect place to getaway, enjoy nature and spend time with the family. The kids loved swimming in the pond and fishing. The sandy beach is a definite plus. The cabin itself is beautiful and it’s a beautiful location. Very quiet. Very peaceful. Kim was extremely helpful and made us feel right at home. Overall a great experience!

Beautiful and relaxing location!

Kim and Mike were great hosts with a great story! The house and property were exactly how advertised. We usually try not to visit the same place twice to keep adventuring and keep things fresh, but this is definitely on our return list. Spent most of our days swimming, fishing, paddling around, exploring and BBQing. Everyone had a great time. See you again soon!

Beautiful log cabin in the country

It’s a beautiful place to go and relax. My daughter and I had a wonderful time in this spotless cabin. You only need to bring food, clothes and a toothbrush.Everything else is well supplied.

Great trip!

This property is great and the owners are so helpful and accommodating. The cabin is very clean and well setup. Everything we needed was there! The kids loved fishing off the dock and kayaking around the pond which is a great size. Very private location, lots of wildlife to see. No wifi and very limited cell service but that was fine with us, we were looking for a screen time break. The local town is very cute and has some great restaurants. Looking forward to visiting again!

Private cabin with stunning views. Clean and fully stocked with your family needs. Canoes, kayak and tubes for your pond fun. Beach chairs and fire pit with wood, will definitely be back😊 a Loft bedroom with balcony and a Hammock so relaxed

BEST getaway

I surprised my husband with this trip for his birthday because we just needed an escape from reality. This was the most perfect getaway we could’ve asked for. The hosts were beyond welcoming and made us feel so comfortable getting settled in. The location is gorgeous and absolutely breathtaking. Pictures just don’t do it justice. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed! We hope to be back in the future.

Favorite "camping" experience.

Absolutely loved the set up at the cabin. Firewood, boats, floats, and and all essentials are provided. Property is maintained so that you can explore around the lake. Perfect place for those looking a secluded getaway without having to set up tents. Beautiful new campfire pit provided a perfect place for relaxing by the pond. Highly recommend
