Beach Access:
• Oceanfront Home - 1-minute walk on a private trail through the dunes to the beach
• 18-minute drive to downtown Long Beach

Pets:
• Please declare your dogs. This home is Dog-Friendly for up to two medium size well-behaved dogs
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees.
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog

Really it was wonderful! Kitchen was well stocked with all the pots and pans you would need. Check in and out was simple and easy. Absolutely loved the theater room easy beach access and the fact that you can see the ocean from the living room was a bonus for my mom who is 93 and unable to really go to the beach but she so enjoyed the views.

Beautiful home!

4 day/night stay at this great location. Family enjoyed the hike to the beach and relaxing at the house. This place was clean and today. Plenty of supplies for dishwasher, W&D and such. There are quite a few stairs of course with the 3 stories and in and out of home. Would highly recommend this special home.

Family time at the beach.

My family was thrilled with the beautiful home and the GREAT location. The house was clutter free but well stocked with all the essentials to make for a memorable stay. We will definitely be coming back for our next trip to the coast.

New Year’s w/family

4 adults and two young adults, a border collie and by no means least, a miniature schnauzer.Went our separate ways at “home:” Chit-chat, cross-talk and laughter. Pastry and great coffee so very nearby.. Explored Astoria, Long Beach, Ilwaco and surrounds. Saw birds and deer, but no bear. Watched the surf and the divine distance. Walked the boardwalk, wallked the beach. Painted, read, crocheted, watched a movie with popcorn and two dogs. Sang ‘Auld Lang Syne”, and slept.Had everything we needed. Sad to go home.Property nicely isolated.Views allowed us to rest our eyes on the distant, a glimpse of the eternal.

Great Beachfront House on the Peninsula

This is a wonderful house on a quiet street, yet walking distance to Ocean Park. We loved the open views to the dunes and ocean. A wildlife refuge and state park with great walking trails are nearby. Discovering the cute little town of Oysterville was unexpected fun! Our family enjoyed the comfortable and open main level, with plenty of beds for everyone upstairs.

Superb!

We had a multi generational, people in and out glorious week at this lovely home. Has everything you need for fun and family.Easy access to beach, local sites and supplies, well designed and equipped house. We saw whales spouting from the porch, rinsed the sand off of our toes outside, and cooked to our hearts content. Great place for memories and just relaxing.

AMAZING home for a cozy family vacation!

This house blew our minds from the moment we drove up the driveway to our first impressions as we walked around the house the first time! I called it a "sleeper" because the photos didn't even do it justice... I guessed that the house would probably be a little smaller than the photos portrayed, but it was MUCH bigger, nicer and cozier. The kitchen is a cook's dream, and fully stocked with everything you would need. The grassy dunes to the beach provide beautiful scenery as you enjoy your morning coffee or games at the dining room table. The only thing I felt bad about was that we didn't invite another family to join us for the weekend!

Great location and roomy house

Our book group appreciated the nice communal areas kitchen/dining and living room, as well as the fact that there were enough beds for each of us. Many houses that advertise for 8 people assume that it is four couples, so it was great to find a house with 8 beds. Lots of stairs, but we did fine with that. So nice too to have a great view, and awesome walking beach so close to town and central to exploring the peninsula.

The property was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood, right on the dunes to the beach . . . great path. Love the red starfish that marks the path. Kitchen well stocked . . . Beautifully decorated for the holiday season. Had an issue with a broken toilet part and the property managers got right on it! Checked in with us several times to be sure all was good . . . which it was!!!

Thanksgiving getaway with family

The house was wonderful to accommodate our family for Thanksgiving. We played games, cooked a ton in the well-sticked kitchen and walked on the beach. Everyone had plenty of room and the views from everywhere in the house were incredible.

Fun house in the dunes

Family gathering for two birthdays. We had gale force winds to sunny calm days. The house was cozy in the storm and the wrap around porch a wonderful place to enjoy the sun. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen is well stocked. At night we would have a movie showing in the theater. Everyone had there own bedroom space which made it super comfortable. The trail to the beach and beach walks were wonderful. We will return!

Simply Perfect!

We had a family reunion on the Ocean Park peninsula. Our house was home base since it was so close to the beach and had the amazing wrap around porch! Really everything about the rental was amazing ... every room was comfortable, every bathroom had ample towels and space, the kitchen was supplied with everything I could need - even 2 fridges! We used them both. The house was beautifully furnished but not over furnished (aka cluttered) - there was room for everyone to walk around and sit. We could open the doors and windows and had the most refreshing ocean breeze flowing through the house. There was even a theater/game room but the beach was too strong of a pull … even for my teens! The walk to the beach was easy and the beach is wide and long ... one day I walked one direction and the next day I walked the other direction. Check in and check out were easy and the rental company was so efficient at answering my questions before I knew I had a question!! I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Awesome beach house!

This is home is great! We spent 4 days with the family here. Loved all the space for everyone and how close the beach was. The property management had great communication via text and the house was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. Stores and restaurants are just a couple minute drive and Long Beach was quick easy drive. We would definitely book the property again in the future.

Seven us of Adults enjoyed a wonderful long weekend for the Drop Your Top Jeep Event in Long Beach. We couldn't have asked for a better location, easy access to the beach by Jeep or walking. The home set up was amazing to accomodate us all and it was dog friendly. This would be a great home for friends or family and very kid friendly as well. We will be returning for sure. No disappointments!

Perfect Getaway!

Two couples with a dog each stayed here for a long weekend getaway. House had a great layout with a bedroom on the main floor, large living area (with plenty of comfortable seating and TV), lots of windows and large open kitchen. We made most meals here and the kitchen worked well for us. This is not a house for people with mobility issues with stairs and the walk to the beach, while not super difficult, is a bit of up and down. Also, cars are allowed on the beach this time of year (not sure if/when that stops) which wasn't ideal. All that said, I have no hesitation recommending this house, it was lovely. 4 stars is a very high mark (5 would have to be perfection).
