Welcome to your ultimate relaxation and outdoor adventure retreat at our newly-built condo located just steps from the sandy shores of the Pacific Ocean. Our pet-friendly home comfortably accommodates up to six guests and features modern conveniences like free Wifi, a large size washer and dryer, and an EV charging outlet in the single-car garage.

With only a six-minute walk to the beach, this location offers easy access to the "Longest Beach in the World." The house comes stocked with all the beach essentials, including towels, toys, and beach chairs, making it easy to spend your days exploring the nearby parks, hiking trails, or simply lounging by the ocean.

Step inside and discover a well-appointed kitchen with all new appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, waffle iron, griddle, blender, and slow cooker. The adjacent dining room seats six, and a stylish half bath and full-size laundry room make daily living a breeze.

Unwind in the living room, complete with high ceilings, a propane fireplace, and a 65" Smart TV with Netflix. An oversized sliding glass door leads to a covered private deck area complete with barbecue and seating area, perfect for enjoying the surrounding trees and ocean waves.

The owner's suite on the ground floor boasts a king-size bed with a 12" memory foam mattress, walk-in closet, 55” Smart TV, and en suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Upstairs, you'll find another king bedroom with 55” Smart TV, and a comfortable memory foam mattresses. The third bedroom has two full-size bunk beds, a 55" smart TV, and toys for our youngest guests. There is a full bathroom with bathtub upstairs as well.

Parking is a breeze with the single-car garage (with EV charging outlet) and private driveway, making it easy to explore the nearby Discovery Trail and its 8.3 miles of raised boardwalk views. Don't miss out on the perfect retreat for your next adventure-filled vacation.

This was an amazing beautiful VRBO vacation home. We loved how new and clean it was and the location allowing walking access to the beach was a bonus!The owners are easy to work with in all aspects of setting up the reservation to leaving. After 16 years of coming to Long Beach, It’s definitely a place we plan to stay at again.

everything you need

A beautiful property with everything you could possibly need for your stay. I have never been to a property as well appointed. A very comfortable home for my wife and I as well as our daughters family and our dog. Beach is close and a great time was had by all.

Great place at Long Beach

It is our second time we stay at this place in Long Beach. The place is gorgeous. The last time we were there was few years. It is obvious that the place is extremely well maintained. The place still looks new, modern with plenty of space for everyone. It is close walk to the beach. Perfect place to explore Long Beach, Astoria, Cannon beach. We will certainly be back

Second Visit

Our positive opinion of this property is obvious since this was a return visit. Location is great. Close enough to town to be convenient, yet beyond town enough to enjoy a quiet retreat with a nice trail to the beach. It is very clean and well appointed. I brought both pods and ground coffee since I couldn’t remember which I would need. Turns out I needed the pods. They do supply some with a very nice welcome basket. All in all, my husband and I along with our son and his family of four find it a perfect place in a perfect spot.

Senior Trip

We came up to Long Beach to celebrate our sons high school graduation. The house was perfect for us and our frenchie. It had everything we needed and plenty of room. The beach access was a short walk, Long Beach was fun to go walk around and the fishing was excellent. Thank you!! We will be back again.

Perfect Place

We came to enjoy an extended weekend during the Long Beach Kite Festival. We found the location perfect for spending time in the middle of the festivities or flying our own kites on the less busy part of the beach near the condo. The well equipped condo was perfect for 2 teens and 4 adults. We take our shoes off at the door by habit and I like to go barefoot and noticed my feet were getting black from the floors. The housekeepers should be alerted to that fact. Otherwise everything else was very clean. An overall great time in a great place.

Perfect quiet and clean getaway

The house is clean, welcoming and fully stocked! We did a little cooking and had everything we needed. A short walk from the beach and far enough away from downtown hustle and bustle. I would highly recommend Rachel’s house to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Memories with grandkids

All in all it was wonderful. We experienced a howling dog once during the day when middle unit left the dog home … kids at night next door to our kids room were very loud past 10 and awakened our 8 and 16 year old for a couple nights. We realize you have no control over that but wanted to let you know. The place was very well appointed and we all appreciated that and would recommend others to stay!

Good times at the beach

This house is in a great area, and has everything you need to have a relaxing time with friends or family. We lacked nothing, and I cannot think of any improvements to offer. The hosts seem to have thought of everything one might need. The wifi password -- made me laugh. :)

Felt like home!!

AMAZING location and house. Super clean and had such a homey feel. Toys for the toddler, booster seat for the table and kitchen was stocked with perfect supply of coffee, sugar and light breakfast items. Will definitely recommend!!!!!

Very organized, clean rental

Everything was very clean & organized. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing that was annoying was the mosquitoes. Next time I'd definitely bring bug spray. The walk to the ocean was nice & clean trail, very peaceful. We had a great time & would recommend it & will definitely book there again.
