L'appartement est parfait: propre, grand, bien situé, idéal pour trois personnes. Cependant, des frais nous ont été chargés suite à la réservation pour le ménage de l'appartement, ces frais (environ 100$can) auraient dû être inclus dans le coût de base de l'appartement.

Our recent stay at Waterloo luxury apts in London was fantastic! Centrally located to see major sites as well as steps away from accessing dining, grocery and transportation. The apt was spacious and comfortable. Fit with a large refrigerator, washer and dryer, etc., it provided a much needed/soft place to land on our multi-city trek through Europe. Thank you!

We liked the flat. It was bright and airy and tidy. But the building it was in was poor. You had to climb a tall flight of stairs with no banister. And the hallways were on the dirty side. But the location is good. We liked it, but would not stay there again because they charge too much for what they offer.

Unfortunately I only have limited text here. Otherwise, I would attach photos. The property was filthy, mouldy (which I didn't realise until later when reviewing the photos as I hadn't gotten past the smell), stank of urine, and was not fit for human habitation. We had to book a hotel and stay there instead. Additionally, Expedia's only response was to "advocate" for me and request a refund from the property owner. They were either unable, or unwilling, to hold the owner accountable and certainly unwilling to take accountability themselves and provide a refund. Expedia have offered me a discount on my next booking. My response was as follows: "Hi, To be absolutely clear, I did NOT ask you to reach out to the property owner. I agreed to your agent's request to follow process to contact the owner BUT that a process of holding the owner accountable is required. The place was not as advertised, dirty, stank with a urine smell, and was not fit for human habitation. We had to make a last minute booking at a hotel. Unfortunately, we can no longer have confidence in Expedia's offerings. We unfortunately can be confident that issues will be resolved unsatisfactorily. There will be no future bookings by us." I will never knowingly use either this owner's property(ies) or Expedia ever again.

Niets luxury aan maar goed voor paar dagen

Ligt nabij underground, wat heel praktisch is. In de buurt van winkel en restaurants. Wifi aanwezig. Weinig contact met verhuurder, maar was bereikbaar voor het verkrijgen van de sleutel, want de ontvangen instructie omtrent sleutelbox was niet correct. Verwarming konden we niet regelen. Slaapbank in living is helemaal niet comfortabel en bed in slaapkamer is klein. Badkamer is niet hygiënisch, schimmel. Veel lawaai van bovenbuur door de houten plafond structuur hoor je elke beweging. Frigo maakt veel lawaai waardoor dit stoort als je op de slaapbank in living slaapt.

It was a very comfortable stay. The transportation was convenient, and there were several restaurants in the surrounding area. There was a large kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, so I was able to relax like I was at home for a short period of time. It would have been even better if there was a vacuum cleaner.
