You couldn’t get better than this!
Wonderful ground floor two bedroom apartment, with en-suite bathroom and one shower room/cloakroom. Spacious bright open-plan living area, with all the machines. The location of this property makes the apartment quite unique- you are literally moments from the tube station and some of the best shops and yet the apartment is peaceful and quiet. In a very upmarket area of London, with numerous cafes, bars and pubs just around the corner. It is a short walk away from Portobello Road and Notting Hill Gate. Clean and fresh decor, light wooden flooring, carpeted master bedroom, top quality bedlinen. Looking out to some of the most expensive real estate in London, and greenery. You will be utterly amazed at how close you are to everything LONDON has to offer. Holland Park is just a five minute walk away. Wireless Internet included. An easy and stressfree time and so nice to come home to. * please note the washing machine and tumble dryer featured in the photos have now been replaced with European machines.

We had a wonderful stay in London over Christmas. Eve was an amazing host. She was super sweet and helpful and went out of her way to make our stay delightful. The property was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location; close to the tube. There was even a small Christmas tree in the flat to make it feel more like home to us over the holiday. I highly recommend this property. I hope to return on my next visit to London.

Can’t say enough good things about this apartment. The location was perfect - metro right on the corner, grocery one street over. Neighborhood very nice and safe feeling. The host met us to give us a walk-thru. Very kind and welcoming. She also had provided everything needed (paper products, basic toiletries etc.) The apartment was spotless. Would definitely come back!

This was my second time staying here! The flat is fantastic - it’s just as pictured, spacious, clean and so comfortable! The location can’t be beat - just around the corner from a tube stop. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Yvonne is a fantastic host - I would absolutely recommend this flat to everyone who wants a great place to stay in London!

We were very happy with the apartment, clean and fresh, had all the amenities and comfortable beds. Eve was very friendly. The area is perfect, quiet and safe. It is just a stone's throw from the tube and the bus that takes you to the main shopping streets. We will be more than happy to come back!

Lovely Flat

We had an amazing stay. The apartment was perfect for 2 adults and two 18 year olds. Close to underground station. Many shops right around the corner. Eve was very sweet! The neighborhood by the underground station was a little undesirable, but I would still stay there again!

Perfect location

We stayed 8 nights. The apartment was perfectly located- tube station, market, cafes. We walked to Nottinghill, Portobello Road, restaurants, Holland Park. Eve, our host, was lovely and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again in future trips.

Very pleasant stay in a great location

We had a great stay as a family in Eve's flat. The location of the house in Notting Hill is great. Safe and ideal for trips into the city by tube. The support from Eve helped us a lot. We can recommend the accommodation.

Winter stay in Holland Park

Wonderful, cozy apartment in an upscale walkable neighborhood. Around the corner from the Holland Park tube station, and several nice places to eat within two blocks. Two bedrooms and two baths - perfect for our family with two teenagers. Communication with host was great- she met us to let us in, and even brought by fresh flowers. Very nice to have a clothes washer and dryer.

We arrived in Kensington not knowing any of the area. We got off the tube and almost around the corner was our rental. We were so pleased with both the area and where we were staying. Having the Tube so close was a wonderful plus! It was a pleasure to step inside and see how pretty and clean everything was, true to the photos and descriptions. The area around included restaurants ,grocery store and so many places of interest that were within walking distance. Especially loved the meal and atmosphere at The Castle , a pub right around the corner. Try not to miss Portobello Market, especially if you want a few souvenirs. Thank you Yvonne for all your directions and help, it made our stay so much easier.you were definitely a super host. I would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to be in an area that is close to so many things of interest. Jim, Jocelyn ,John and Cynthia

Quiet and charming

We loved this charming flat, the host was lovely and very attentive. The neighbor hood is quiet and with everything you need is just a short walk. We enjoyed walking to Starbucks every morning and of course gelato in the afternoons. I highly recommend this flat for your visit in London. Thank you for the great hospitality 😊💕

Charming flat in a perfect location

The flat was wonderful and centrally located between Kensington and Notting Hill. It was right around the corner from the underground. Yvonne was delightful. The apartment was clean and had fans in every room which was nice because it was hot. I would definitely recommend.
