Please note that this is a personal home, not a typical holiday rental. As such, we ask for an extra level of respect and consideration during your stay. The home contains personal belongings, so we appreciate your mindfulness and care.



- Smoking and parties are strictly not permitted. Fines will apply for any violations.

- There are CCTV cameras at the entrance and smoke and noise sensors throughout the house.

- Please respect quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbours.

- Please take your shoes off in the house.

- Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the home.

- Any damage should be reported immediately to help maintain the property.

- The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the property for the duration of the booking.

- ⁠Same-day bookings: check-in time is 5pm instead of 3pm. to allow us time to prepare the property.
