Perhaps this is my fault. I saw the other bad reviews, contacted the property and assured me all my concerns about complaints in the reviews would be addressed. Shame on me, I'm just too trusting. Apartment 1 was indeed quite odorous as it's directly above a Pakastani restaurant. The lobby, stairs and outside the elevators are truly filthy (See pic with cigarette butt). There are stains all over the flooring, and it was unbearably hot. They provided some fans (one was broken) and I was unable to sleep while there. They also refused to provide tissues! Even Motel 6 has tissues! We also had to wait for 20 minutes when we reached the location for someone to let us in...even though we told them exactly when we'd arrive. The staff was very nice and the tube is right across the street, but this was an experience I wish I could undo. Stay at the Hilton down the block instad.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Appartement liegt sehr Nahe von der Edgware Road Underground Station entfernt. Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafés gibt es direkt um die Ecke. Property is very tired. Unfortunately the cleanliness was poor, it felt like all that was done was a bedding change and new towels. The property was not obvious to find initially although it was within easy reach of the tube station which was in its favour.

Rien de superbe dans cette location

Le titre indique superbe appartement mais il n’a rien de superbe, murs sales, pommeau de douche démonté, meubles bancals, fenêtres plus que sales, odeur dans les zones communes, … A l’arrivée nous avons du attendre plus de 30 minutes devant la porte de l’appartement sans nouvelles alors qu’une personne nous avait ouvert la porte du bâtiment. C’est finalement cette même personne qui nous a donné les clefs Heureusement les draps étaient propres mais c’était bien la seule chose de positive.

A nightmare experience – Avoid at all costs!

We booked this apartment in London for a family trip with young children, including one with asthma. What was supposed to be a pleasant stay turned into a disaster. Upon arrival, we found a dirty, poorly maintained flat, completely unsuitable for kids. Dust everywhere, almost no ventilation, and a strong musty smell. On top of that, smells from an Indian restaurant below rose into the apartment, making the air unbearable. The windows didn’t close properly, so we were exposed to constant street noise and couldn’t sleep. The apartment had no AC and poor insulation, so it was extremely hot, like an oven. We didn’t sleep at all. The common areas were in a shocking state, dirty and rundown — it felt like a slum. Worst of all, the apartment we got was NOT the one shown in the photos. Beyond being in terrible condition, it was simply not what we booked. The pictures online showed a clean, bright, modern flat. Reality was the opposite — false advertising. We had to leave after one night and find another place nearby at our own expense. The managers refused any refund, even partial, so we lost many money for one horrible night. This property is a scam. Avoid at all costs. ⭐ 1 star only because 0 doesn’t exist.

Good location but everything else is bad

The location of this apartment is good very close to Edgeware road tube station and marks and Spencer's across the road, but the the actual apartment is awful. From the moment you walk into the foul smelling lobby and see disgusting carpets in the common areas. The elevator is filthy and looks like uncleaned up vomit on the walls. The stairwell is almost as bad. Broken hand rails. Health and safety issues. The apartment interior is not as described. There are numerous maintenance issues and the furniture is stained and broken. Walls are dirty and the sofa headboards were stained. The tv did not work. Multiple emails to hotel. No doubt they will respond that they offered to deep clean the apartment but a deep clean was not going to solve the maintenance issues and stains etc .. also there were very limited times that they could do anything. The one time they agreed to come to the apartment to look at the issues they did not turn up. At any time they could have cleaned the awful common area as this did not require access. This was not done. Cleaning and maintenance should be done before guests check in not during their stay.

The photos of the listing didn’t reflect the actual property. The common areas were disgusting with left over alcohol bottles on the stairs and filthy dirty carpets. The apartment was ok but definitely smaller than photos depicted. It didn’t have the basics like washing powder etc.

Great location - BUT beds had wrong size sheets and doona (too small). Whilst parts of the apartment were clean, there were dirty wallls which could easily have been cleaned, window blinds didn’t work well. Washing machine worked but dryer didn’t, dishwasher stunk and didn’t work properly, no dishcloth to clean down benches, no plug to wash dishes. All of these things could be easily fixed! Also we were a group of 4 adults and only one key supplied. We had to ask many times for a second set - finally got the second set on day 4! I would not recommend in its current state.

SUPER NOISY! Lots of sirens going off all the time, you can hear eveything happening on the streets. Someone kept pushing the intercom button to be let in at all hours of the night. We had 5 people staying for 5 nights. They only gave us two rolls of toilet paper and wouldn't come in to give us more unless we stayed 6 nights. Had to go buy our own toilet paper. The dry/washer sucked. Tried washing towels, but then a circuit went out and we couldn't get them dried. Had to have someone come out and look at it, but I had to call multiple times. They wouldn't give us new towels either.

The apt is good size but that’s the only good thing about it. The area is loud and dirty. There was so much street noise and noise inside the building, it was hard to sleep. The walls had marks everywhere and the building overall was filthy. There was 1 fork…for 5 of us.

L'appartamento vicinissimo alla metro, ad alimentari che per noi era importante e zona tranquilla. Le foto, mostrano l' appartamento nella sua reale disposizione ma sicuramente vecchie perché non rispecchiano lo stato dell'appartamento che è vissuto. La metro passa sotto al condominio e si sentono le vibrazioni che nei primi giorni ci hanno infastidito ma con il passare dei giorni ci si abitua. La pulizia era minima, si sentiva la polvere che era presente sotto i letti. La wifi non funzionava è venuto subito un tecnico che a fatica è riuscito a sistemare, la cosa che mi ha lasciato incredulo è che avevamo appena pulito l'appartamento e questo tecnico che sembrava un intonacatore è entrato impolverato lasciando in sala sporco.La cucina piccola era ben attrezzata di stoviglie, fornello a induzione e con lavastoviglie, mi è piaciuta. Il tavolo era rovinatissimo , si poteva mettere una bella tovaglia di plastica e sarebbe stato perfetto . Divani molto rovinati, chissà come si sarebbe dormito nel divano letto....Il bagno ceco mi preoccupava ma alla fine è andato bene mi è piaciuto anche se il lavandino era intoppato sarebbe stato necessario solo stopparlo . Letti decenti un po' piccoli, le federe dei cuscini non mi sembravano pulite, armadi imbarcati da sistemare e piccoli per il numero di persone che eravamo. Presente lavatrice e asciugatrice. Nel complesso appartamento che necessita di un po' di manutenzione ma nel quale ci tornerei, posizione da 10

This property is located directly across from the tube station which is very convenient. The stay itself was decent, it was a safe place with a bed to crash on at the end of the day. The rooms weren’t super clean but weren’t terrible. The shower didn’t work properly because it didn’t drain well. Our group of 5 people had to take extremely quick showers or turn the water off while in the shower to allow it to drain. Some of the outlets did not work despite having the correct converters. The area itself is very noisy with people on the street and a nearby ambulance station. This property also seems to host some people in other units who work in the adult escorting industry, lots of people coming and going. One of the two sets of keys did not work for our unit and the key fobs for the main door worked seldomly. I wished the host was more responsive when trying to contact them. TLDR: Overall, it was a decently priced unit for 5 people close to the tube. It wasn’t clean but it wasn’t super dirty. It is a noisy location with poor amenities.

The pictures do not correspond to reality. The flat would also be nice but it is not well maintained, especially the bathroom which is not well cleaned. Only one towel per person was provided despite having been asked in advance if the towels were sufficient. The flat is however in a good location with access to the underground underneath.

We enjoyed a great few days in London, the accommodation was perfect for our family and the location is excellent. Underground station a short walk and all amenities easily accessible.
