If you are looking for the perfect spot in Central London then you are at the right place. My 2 bedroom flat is centrally located in a peaceful neighborhood just moments away from Kings Cross, St Pancras Main London Station and in walking distance of London's famous see sights. Recently refurbished, on ground floor in a relaxing and cosy environment it's perfect for couples, families, friends, business travelers. It's very well connected with bus & tube stations to all London areas.

Dean's spacious apartment near King's Cross was fantastic but what really stood out was Dean and his team. He was clear and responsive and made our travel and stay as smooth as can be and then when our flight home got canceled (TWICE!) he removed the stress he could with sensitivity and generous accommodation to us. We cannot thank him enough.

Perfect for our first stay in London

Just as advertised! We had a perfect stay for our first time in London with my wife and two teenage sons. Great location convenient to multiple train/tube stations, shopping within comfortable walking distance. Laundry was a great bonus. Would stay here again.

Great location

We enjoyed our time at Dejan’s ground floor flat. It had everything we needed including a washing machine and dryer in an unusual floor plan. There was easy access to Euston and Kings Cross stations and only a short walk from Russell Square tube station.The only recommendation I would make is to take earplugs if someone is staying on the sofa bed in the front room as the neighbors above are heavy walkers during the night. Otherwise there was no street noise.It as great that the owner met us when we checked in. He was good at communicating before we go there, too. I would recommend this flat.

Family vacation

The place is nice and the location is fantastic. It worked out very well for my family (though I really don’t think it’s big enough for 8). Communication was excellent and check in/out process very easy. We went in colder weather but the patio area would be great in summer. Bathrooms are pretty small but functional. Kitchen had everything we needed. Was happy with our stay.

Cozy flat & great location

This apartment was great for our family. Short walking distance to a grocery store so we didn’t have to eat all our meals out. Fully functioning kitchen. The bedrooms were nice. We stayed for a while so it was great to have laundry facilities as well.

I had booked this place for 7 nights, however after we arrived, we had to immediately get out of the property and relocate to a hotel nearby. We discovered BLACK MOLD in the upstairs bedroom when we were about to head to bed (around 1 am). The black mold was hidden behind the door. It was not a pleasant sight to see and not a safe place for me and my mom to sleep in. It took us until 5 am to sort it out with Expedia to relocate to a nearby hotel. At first, I was very pleased by Dean's communication, as he was very generous to greet us and brought us milk and fruits for the stay. We were coming into the city late so we told him it would be better for us to do self-checkin so that he doesn't have to wait for us. BUT, after confronting him about the problem, I heard nothing from him, not even an apology. Things that were inadequate about this place: - there were water stains on the walls in the living room - wardrobes are not secured, must be careful of opening them - the bathtub floor is slippery, so be careful! - lots of scents and bug/mouse repellents are used throughout the property. It's very pungent, seems like they are trying to cover the moldy/old smell. - not the most convenient property layout to live if you have 4 or more luggage since you'll have to go through 2 doors and stairs within. - lobby lights turn off shortly, most of the time you'll be left in the dark Kindly suggest that the host improve the items above for future guests to stay there comfortably.

Great location but could be improved

The location and host of this property were both great. However, the room with the bathroom attached had mold on the walls and stayed extremely hot and humid. A working fan in the bathroom might help with that problem a little bit. The bathroom in the hall also stayed very humid. I'm not sure if the apartment just doesn't get cool enough to discourage so much moisture.

Great location for exploring!

Cute little place for our family of five to explore London. Nice park across the street, great breakfast places a block away and a short walk to Kings Cross tube station. Kitchen was minimal and tiny but bed were comfy and larger living room.

Not Really Big Enough For 8 People

This property has a good location on the north side of London close to Kings Cross/St. Pancras. The checkin was good. But it is simply not large enough for 8 people. The layout is also poor as one of the bedrooms is isolated from the rest of the apartment and you have to go up and down a narrow staircase to get over to the main part of the apartment where the bathrooms and kitchen and living areas are. Not good at 2 am in the morning with the lights off. So don't let the photos fool you. Being 79, I wouldn't rent this apartment again, but for others it may be okay. You can sleep 2 people in one bedroom and then 2 people in the separated bedroom if they can deal with the stairs. But by simply adding 2 sleepers sofas in the small living room doesn't mean you actually have room for 4 more, at total of 8 people. Just not enough room.

Delightful Hideaway, Fabulously Located

A delightful apartment, incredibly well located in a pleasanat square near Kings Cross, Bloomsbury and West End theatre district. The apartment was beautifully clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds. One steep staircase and a couple of other steps separated one bedroom, more or less at the walk-out level, from the rest of the apartment, which is down below. Dean was very attentive to my questions before arrival, and helped in many ways. No hesitation staying there again or recommending it!

Older home with smallish bathrooms. Well furnished with everything we needed. Good location - cl I se to kings cross station and grocery store and restaurants. Easy check in. Very communicative and accomodating property manager.

Great Stay in Central London

Very impressed with the property. Exactly as shown - comfortable and nicely done - quite spacious for a basement appartment. Dean was a great host - with excellent comms - and was there to meet us when we arrived. Very much recommended
