Enjoy staying in the heart of London’s King's Cross area with this spacious 2-bedroom, 63 square meters apartment located on the ground floor of a secure residential building without a lift. The flat has a small private outdoor terrace for your enjoyment. This area is strictly non-smoking. Self check-in starting from 3 :00PM by picking up keys at a nearby shop. Super-fast Wi-Fi (1/Gbps) for working from home or streaming your favorite shows.

Property Details:
This 63-sqm apartment is located on the ground floor without a lift. The flat has a small private outdoor terrace for your enjoyment. This area is strictly non-smoking. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a double sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, Cookworks coffee machine, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washing and drying machine for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

Both bedrooms are courtyard facing and furnished with double size beds and superior quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two full bathrooms. The first bathroom is en-suite to the first bedroom, the second is accessible via the hallway. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, while the other has a bathtub/shower, sink and toilet. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

Check-in instructions will be provided upon confirmation of the reservation. Self-checkins will be done by collecting the property keys at a nearby location (a local shop). Please consult the listing for information about fees applied for in-person checkin.

King's Cross is very well-connected area known for King's Cross Station, am impressive 19th century building, that connects London to the North. It is a centre of inspiration for architecture lovers and Harry Potter's fans. One of the best neighbourhoods for foodies in the city is Clerkenwell, a few steps from King's Cross, it offers an ultra-fashionable lifestyle in the very heart of Central London. Clerkenwell, once known as "Little Italy", is a home for various historic pubs, bars, Michelin starred restaurants and food markets. Mentioned in Shakespeare’s sonnets and popping up in some of the greatest works by Charles Dickens, the area is also a heart of creativity for theatre and design. With its close proximity to the London Underground station King’s Cross Saint Pancras underground and train station , you can easily access the other areas of London, including Mayfair and Hyde Park, Kensington Palace and Gardens, Harrods department store, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace and the Changing of the Guard, the London Eye, the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square or Saint Paul’s Cathedral. These stations also create easy links to reach London’s Heathrow, Gatwick or Luton Airports.

Important Information and Policies
- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.
- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Damage Deposit : A damage deposit payment of 800£ is required before arrival
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 6 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Other things to note:
A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of £40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for £40. Both can be provide for £60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you*: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a £50 late check-in fee. If you arrive even later, after 10:00PM, the check-in fee will be £90. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

Please note for reservations valued over £1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

Kings Cross Flat

Highly recommended if you want to stay in the Kings Cross area. The flat was clean and comfortable. The check in / check out process was smooth. One of the best attributes was the safety of the flat. The access was through a locked gate. We felt very safe.

Great stay, wonderful location!

This apartment is cute, well-maintained, and is in such a great location! Much, much better for our family (which includes two teens) and our budget than trying to find hotel rooms that would fit our needs. Also, we tend to go out, come back to eat and nap, then out again, etc., and this apartment was perfect for that. The backyard patio was a huge bonus and we did spend a bit of time out there just listening to the sounds of the neighborhood.

Great location, comfortable stay

Getting the keys was very easy, and the location was fantastic, right by kings cross and many bus lines. The space was nice and comfortable, and having the outdoor space and the washer/dryer were great. Overall was very good, especially for the price.
