So much is accessible within walking distance. To venture further, South Kensington tube is 5 minutes walk away.

Please note this is a British Town house with compact corridors & stair cases. Secure with balustrade handrails. That lead onto three different terraces - one per floor!

The top terrace has views of Knightsbridge trains, which is a surreal and very london epic view! The hum of passing trains can be heard, which one gets used too.

There is a Smart TV, Samsung 55 Inch, that is set up with a netflix account - the property also has a TV license so do use the other apps like BBC iplayer, ITV and so on. As well as a second TV in bedroom 3, with an HDMI cable to connect your laptop.

There are several fans in the property, including a portable Air conditioning unit, using ice packs from the freezer.

Shoe-Free Home
Please remove your shoes in the entrance hallway. We take pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable space!

Smoking
Smoking and vaping are only permitted in the outdoor garden area. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment. If smoke smell is found in the property note a fumigation fee of £500 shall be charged.

No Parties
This is a peaceful, residential space—parties or events are not allowed. Any damages caused during your stay will be the guest’s responsibility.

A £150 charge will apply if any pets are found on the premises, whether visiting or staying.

Use the grey face towels for makeup removal (please reserve the white towels for other purposes). White bathroom towels should only be used for personal hygiene. Kitchen towels and paper towels are available for other tasks. If you notice any stained towels or bedding, please report them.

Please do not flush face wipes, sanitary items, or any other unnatural products down the toilet. Use the bathroom bin provided instead.

We ask that you leave the home as you found it. If anything gets damaged, please let us know. We wish you a wonderful stay!
