Guests will have access to a private flat located in a residential area mostly housing families and young professionals. The property is centrally-located with shops and transport links to Central London nearby with Lower Sydenham Train Station, as well as bus links within a 5minute walk. Local shops include a large Sainsburys and Aldi within a 5minute walk.

There are TV's in both the bedroom and living room.
WiFi, a comfy double bed. Guests will have a free parking space on the driveway!

Guest will have access to a private bathroom, bedroom, open plan living room and kitchen space, staircase and upstairs landing area.

Please note that the property front door and the downstairs hallway is a communal area but the flat does have it's own lockable front door.

There are some locked areas of the flat including a locked bedroom and some cupboards within the kitchen, containing owner's belongings, but there is still ample storage space for guests to use.

There is no table or dining chairs available within the flat therefore meals need to be enjoyed from trays on laps and whilst seated on the sofa.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
