    We stayed here with my daughter and mom. It was a wonderful property for multiple generations. Everyone had their own room but plenty of space to sit together. The check in process and communication was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

    The host was great. Steve communicated with us several days before we arrived and provided clear, detailed instructions. The property manager, Mike, also reached out and was very helpful, even allowing us to check in early. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay there again.

    We spent a wonderful Christmas week here. We appreciated that it was just one street removed from the Covent Garden/Seven Dials craziness. It was incredibly quiet, and a wonderful place to unwind as a family after a long day of exploring. My husband made a big Christmas dinner, had coffee each morning. The fridge/oven/kitchen was great. We also thought the bedrooms and bathrooms were great - showers got hot immediately. We didn't use the fold-out couch. Absolutely the perfect way to spend a week together as a family in London for Christmas. Thank you!

    Superb host—thorough communication, excellent response time, attentive and helpful. The location of this flat is unbeatable in central London, near to everything: underground, restaurants, shopping, train station. We found the unit inviting, quiet, comfortable secure, and well appointed. We sincerely appreciated the little touches that elevated our stay from good to great: Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, extra towels, pillows and blankets, fans in each room, a physical house manual (unbelievably helpful!), and a professional, responsive, helpful host (this cannot be overstated). It is evident this property takes pride in hosting and it shows. Highly recommend.

    The stay was great. The locale was truly perfect. The home met our needs and we really enjoyed the security of the private entry courtyard, as we have small children. We also really loved the sweet little outdoor patio. The ease of checking in and out were also lovely. The info document was easily accessed and straightforward. Prompt communication throughout.     Awesome location

    A lovely spacious townhouse in a gated court yard. The location is perfect for the west end shows, museums, art galleries and shops/ restaurants on your doorstep. Would highly recommend & stay again.

    Wonderful and comfortable

    Perfect location! Theaters , Covent Garden and the best of London sights all within walking distance. The flat was lovely very clean and much better than a hotel when traveling with others! Communication with host was excellent. I highly recommend staying there.

    I never realized what a great location the apartment was located,

    Despite the apartment being located in a very active area, once you go past the gate is very quiet. We absolutely love the apartment.

    first trip to london

    excellent location, very comfortable accommodations in a safe and quiet space - there's a gate and courtyard which makes you feel nicely insulated when you want to rest after a long day of exploring. Only thing is the wifi is a bit spotty on the second floor, but other than that it was excellent.

    You could not ask for a better location! This place is close to everything in a beautiful neighborhood! The beds were super comfortable. Everything was extremely clean. The front gate with security code provided extra safety. Would definitely come back!

    Best choice we could have made

    My wife and I have been to London 6 times including a semester while in college. We know the city fairly well and wanted to share it with our children 12 and 14. This property was perfect! It’s location and privacy were fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Communication before during and after our arrival was spot on and check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. Book with confidence you will not be disappointed!

    Great visit

    There was great communication from the beginning, place was exactly as advertised great location, with lots of restaurants and bars around. Would come back the only problem was our plane landed at 6:00 am and didn’t have a spot to place our bags. Steve told us where we could rent some space so we did, we got to check in a little early so that helped also.

    Great location, centrally located to underground stations, shopping and bars/restaurants. Apartment is nice, necessities provided for kitchen and bath. All policies were clearly stated. Beds are FIRM and slightly short- our 6’2” guests feet hung off the end. Otherwise 5*.

    Perfect Location!

    Three of us stayed here for a 4 nights on a trip to London/Edinburgh. It is absolutely a perfect location to explore London. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space to relax after a day of walking. Stefan (host) was very communicative and answered all of our pre-arrival questions, checking in several times during our stay to make sure all was going well. I must admit that we did not cook a single meal during our trip, too many great places to eat nearby, but the kitchen appeared well appointed and provided us with coffee and tea which was all we required. Fully recommend staying here!

    Fantastic apartment in great location

    We stayed for three nights and four days at this flat in Covent Garden. The location was incredible. We were walking distance to the Covent Garden Tube Stop which is on the Piccadilly Line. This line takes you to the airport. We were also walking distant to an array of restaurants, theater and restaurants. We were also able to walk to Buckingham Palace too. I highly recommend this apartment. Next time we visit London, we hope this flat is available. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

    Great Apartment, Great Location - we will be back!

    This is a fantastic apartment - infact it is a fantastic house. 2 bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs! The whole experience was great. Efficient from the moment we booked, excellent place to stay, spotlessly clean, lovely house/apartment. The most surprising thing is - even though you are in Central London and it’s is a busy area, ythe apartment/house is private, tranquil and quiet. It’s amazing for where it is. Best night’s sleep for us all in ages. Thankyou for accommodating us! We loved it, really made our time together fantastic. Everything on your doorstep. Hope to stay again soon!

    Great spot in covent garden area

    Property was exactly as advertised. Secured by a courtyard gate off Endell Street. Great space for a family in covent garden area. Three or four tube stations within a 5-10 minute walk (CG, Holborn, Tottenham court). Great cafes and restaurants all around Neal’s Yard. 2.5 baths. Good showers. Comfortable beds. Functioning appliances ane electronics. Coffee and tea provided. All was really good. Highly recommended. Wifi was a bit spotty but that seemed to be a problem with the carrier, not the router. No A/C but it wasn’t needed.
