Welcome to this stylish and thoughtfully designed one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Bayswater. Located on the fifth floor of a well-maintained building, this bright and inviting flat is perfect for couples, solo travellers, business guests or a small group of up to three. Whether you're visiting for a weekend break or staying longer, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

One Bedroom + Sofa Bed – Ideal City Base:
The main bedroom features a double bed dressed in crisp white linen, soft throws, and calming neutral tones. A large window brings in natural light, while bedside lighting, a mirror and storage space ensure comfort and practicality. The living room includes a sleek black futon that converts into a single bed, making it ideal for an extra guest or sharer. The flat also includes a modern bathroom with a walk-in glass shower, stylish tiling, a vessel sink on a wooden vanity, and wall-mounted storage — giving it a boutique-hotel feel.

Fully Equipped Kitchen & Open-Plan Living Area:
The bright, open-plan layout combines living, dining, and cooking into one cohesive space. Large bay windows create a sense of airiness, while wood flooring and soft textures add warmth. The compact kitchen is cleverly designed with white cabinetry, frosted glass panels, wood countertops and a dark tile splashback. It comes fully equipped with an electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, compact fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine — perfect for guests who prefer to self-cater or stay longer term. A dining area by the window offers a spot to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.

DISCLAIMER: !The flat accommodates up to four guests. The two additional guests are accommodated on single sofa beds located in the living room. These are most suitable for children and may not be ideal for adults for extended stays!

Bayswater is one of London’s most desirable neighbourhoods, known for its leafy squares, elegant white stucco townhouses, and international flair. Just moments from your door, you can stroll into Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, or explore the lively shops and restaurants along Queensway and Westbourne Grove. Paddington is just a short walk away — ideal for scenic canal walks to Little Venice or catching a train to Heathrow.
Bayswater is packed with local gems. Stop for coffee at Gail’s Bakery, grab a bite at Meatliquor Queensway, or enjoy a classic pint at The Prince Alfred or The Cleveland Arms. For something more upscale, try Hafez (Persian) or Zizzi on Queensway.

Getting around couldn’t be easier. Bayswater Station (Circle & District lines) and Queensway Station (Central line) are both just minutes away, giving you direct access to Notting Hill, Oxford Street, the West End, and the City. Paddington Station is nearby, offering rail services, the Elizabeth Line, and the Heathrow Express for quick airport transfers.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
