    Este bonito apartamento se encuentra en una casa victoriana en un área de conservación en el corazón de la ciudad de Richmond.

    El apartamento tiene un amplio salón de planta abierta y cocina, dormitorio doble, habitación individual y baño completo con ducha. Hay suelos de madera. El edificio es una casa de estilo victoriano con una puerta de entrada común. Hay un aparcamiento gratuito en la calle - una gran ventaja en Richmond!

    Hay suelos de madera de roble en todo, una pequeña cocina con todas las instalaciones (cocina / estufa, horno / grill, microondas, tostadora, nevera-congelador, lavavajillas, lavadora / secadora) baño (lavabo, inodoro, bañera y ducha). Cuenta con una conexión a internet por cable en el salón y la conectividad Wi-Fi en todo. El piso está completamente amueblado, ropa de cama y toallas. Hay un televisor inteligente (70 canales) en el salón. También hay una barra de sonido para que pueda reproducir música desde su propio dispositivo a través del altavoz inalámbrico.

    - Sin ruido fuerte después de las 11 o antes de las 7
    - No hay personas adicionales sin consentimiento previo por escrito
    - Estrictamente prohibido fumar. Tasa de limpieza Enorme aplica si la regla no se respeta.
    - Sin mascotas
    - No hay partidos
    - Los clientes son responsables de daños, roturas, etc.
    - Las claves deben ser devueltos a la caja de seguridad. Si no se devuelven las llaves, voy a tener que cambiar todas las cerraduras, obtener llaves de repuesto y te cobran por ello. Esto es caro en Londres. Yo no quiero hacer nada de esto así que por favor asegúrese de que las llaves hacen de nuevo a la caja de seguridad :) Gracias!

Very handy location to train, buses and downtown Richmond. Host was very responsive with good communication. Questions were answered within minutes. We picked this location as an easy commute into London but found ourselves exploring Richmond. It’s a lovely town with great restaurants.

Perfect!

We loved our stay in Richmond! Everything felt like home, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable. We loved being able to relax here after a long day of sightseeing. It is within walking distance to the tube and downtown Richmond, with plenty of places to eat and shop!

Wonderful Stay

Stayed here as a base for London. Easy 10 min walk to the rail station. Richmond a very quaint town as well and convenient to Kew Gardens, Hampton Court and Windsor. Definitely would return on future extended London travel.

Convenient location - bright and sunny

A bright and sunny flat with comfy beds at the top of a house on Richmond Hill. Very quiet too. We loved the convenient location, near our family but also within walking distance of the Thames and the shops.

Lovely quiet neighborhood

We stayed a week in this lovely flat. Easy walj to the Richmond District line & very safe neighborhood. Grocery stores nearby and kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make your own meals. Would definitely recommend & we’d love to return!

Spotless flat, with gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher and small refrigerator. Tea and coffee and an electric kettle. Beautiful historic home in a quiet historic neighborhood. Nice views from the windows. Very easy walk to Richmond Station, even with luggage. Quaint, friendly neighborhood pub less than 5 minute walk away.

Location was great. There was a Bus stop directly across from the stop, and a subway station and the stop of the road. Flat had everything you could think of and the bed was so soft!! Had no problem connecting with Host, I would definitely book again!!

Winter Xmas

Clean, warm and cosy two-bedroom flat.Well appointed, everything you need for a stay away from home.Easy access to public transport. Short walk to the tube station, or if you don't feel like walking there is a bus stop out front with busses every 10 minutes.Super helpful host and very accommodating with our needs. We had an issue during check-in, the host went out of their way to remedy this in a quick and no fuss manner.Thanks Bek's and Co for a wonderful stay. If we get the chance again, we will stay again.

Convenient area in Richmond

Property was described and worked well for us, since we needed the reserved parking that was included. It was an easy walk to my wife's old school and the Richmond city center. Be advised, there are several flights of stairs up to the unit (not uncommon in London).

Near perfect choice but....

Gave five stars for each category, but four stars overall. Why? Three short-comings in descending order of significance. First, the mattress in the master bedroom needs replacing. The left side slopes down making one feel like one will fall off the bed. Two, the sofa and chair in the main room needs to be updated. Seats and cushions offer little support and it feels you are falling forward. Three, should provide more than one tea towel for drying the dishes. (Yes - a small criticism, but so easy to address.)

Wonderful location

We stayed in the flat for one week and we very happy with our experience. Bek and her property manager are both very responsive. The flat was very clean. The location can’t be beat...easy walking distance to all the best parts of Richmond. We would happily stay here again.
