Need more info in the listing, a bit of a hassle

The one thing this place has going for it is location; perfectly located but offered very little - unusual in my experience. There was absolutely nothing in the kitchen, not even salt/pepper.  Every short term rental I've used in the last 10 yrs has had basic amenities such as cooking oils or salt/pepper. Also no other basics such as scissors or pens/ pencils. It was a hassle to get the keys. Unusually, you must get the keys from another location by accessing a dirty lockbox behind an electricity box on a railing at a different address. It would have been more manageable had there been explicit instructions on how to open the box, as well as info as to WHICH lock box I should be trying to open. There were multiple on a railing to which I was directed. If you expect the keys to be with the rental and expect to access the rental without having to go someplace else, this isn't for you; a hassle when you both arrive and when you leave. Also note, you're charged extra if you want early check in or late check out; also something that I've never experienced with a short term rental. For those arriving on early morning, overnight flights, this is not the place for you. There is a TV but it isn't connected to any service. There is no service to watch even local news channels. The shower is either freezing or scalding. I think its because it's one of those small/on demand water heaters. But there was zero pressure and it was difficult to regulate the water temp. Very basic but clean.
