Our secure and well-maintained building is home to 17 private self-catering studios, thoughtfully designed for guests who value comfort, privacy, and the freedom to feel at home. Whether you're visiting for work, study, or an extended stay, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable and convenient experience.

Each bright, fully furnished studio is completely self-contained and includes a comfortable bed, a modern en-suite bathroom, and a private kitchenette equipped with a fridge, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essential cookware for preparing meals at home. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout, making it easy to work remotely, study, or unwind with your favourite shows. A shared washer/dryer is also available on the ground floor for your convenience.

For added flexibility, we offer simple self-check-in with secure smart locks, so you can arrive whenever it suits your plans. While we don't provide daily housekeeping or breakfast, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee if you'd like a little extra refresh during your visit.

Gatwick Airport is a 55-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

There are CCTV cameras in the communal areas and externally.

Noise can be heard from the street outside.

We kindly ask all guests to respect our strict no-smoking policy throughout the property. If evidence of smoking is found during or after your stay (such as smoke odours, ashes, or cigarette butts), a smoking fee of up to £300 may be charged to cover additional cleaning and restoration costs.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone in the building, parties, excessive noise, and unregistered visitors are not permitted. If these rules are breached, we may need to take appropriate action, which could include ending the reservation early. Any costs incurred as a result may be charged in accordance with the booking terms.
