**The space**

Enjoy the peace and comfort of this historically significant yet modern 50m2 apartment on the 1st floor, only by stairs. High ceilings, natural materials with contrasting accents, stylish furniture, and design are some of the main features of the historical apartment.

The living room may be partitioned off from the rest of the apartment to provide solitude at night and serve as an additional bedroom with a sofa bed.

Experience an immersive cinematic experience with the ideal home-movie setting on the Samsung The Frame TV 2022 with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV included and high-speed WiFi. Additionally, there is a comfortable double sofa bed and a wide, comfortable three-seater couch. Three large sash windows with electric blinds in the south-facing living room provide plenty of natural light throughout the day.

The designer-styled bedroom is a distinct space from the living area and faces the garden to the north. It has a double bed with a memory foam mattress, topper, and all the necessary clean and fresh bed linens. The bedroom window has furnished a floor-to-ceiling custom forest green window treatment, elevating the area. The bedroom also has two built-in wardrobes and a chest of drawers for storage.

All the appliances you'll require for your stay are provided for in the contemporary kitchen. There is dinnerware, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a kettle, and a dishwasher.

You may also indulge in an excellent breakfast or a special dinner with the Euro Saarinen-designed marble table with two Wishbone chairs and a bay window seat.

The bathroom offers a contemporary shower enclosure with a steady hot water supply, a linen closet for storing personal amenities and cosmetics, and a vast brass swivel mirror for morning preparation.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

**Guest access**

Guests will have access to the entire home!

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

**Other things to note**

The flat is located on the first floor (i.e. one flight of stairs from the ground floor), and does not have a lift.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Given that this is a residential flat, we also do not allow for the washing machine to be running past 10pm.

Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

A perfect base for a London stay. A beautifully appointed flat in a lovely row of Georgian terrace houses. A short walk from the Lambeth North tube station and various bus routes, we felt like we were never more than an easy half hour from any key London site while at the same time sharing a day-to-day Londoner experience. The flat was immaculate and carefully designed for style and comfort. During our stay of a week we appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer facilities and while there are some very nice local cafes we made use of the toaster and tea/coffee facilities most mornings. The bathroom and bedroom are comfortable and well decorated and the front room with its high ceilings and large windows was a pleasure to be in. As well as excellent transport and options there is also a nearby pharmacy and useful Tesco Express. The experience of booking and accessing the flat was very straightforward and the owner Avery was responsive, friendly and helpful at times. A great place to stay and experience London!

Ideal location for sightseeing

We spent 4 days in London and this flat was central to so many key attractions. It is close to the Lambeth North tube station. The flat has all the amenities you need to spend a busy day sightseeing and relax comfortably at the end of the day.
