Welcome to this beautifully refurbished, spacious 5-bedroom house with a unique period brick facade. Spread across three floors, the home offers an abundance of character and space, making it perfect for a comfortable and luxurious stay. You can enjoy an alfresco dinner under the stars on the rooftop terrace, which is a rare find in this area. Additionally, the private rear garden is perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place to stay.

Experience the charm of a unique period brick façade, in this recently refurbished 5-bedroom house spanning over three floors. You will discover an abundance of floor space and charming details that provide all the amenities and comforts of home and beyond.

This home boasts five well-appointed bedrooms, each with a unique charm and fresh hotel-quality linen on the beds. Two of the bedrooms feature their own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum privacy and convenience for the guests. The family bathroom is a highlight of the property, with its elegant copper roll-top bath that provides the perfect setting for a relaxing soak after a busy day. In the bathrooms, you will find fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries.

You will also find a hidden study/bedroom adding an extra element of surprise and intrigue to this already extraordinary home.

The spacious reception room is the perfect place to unwind, with ample seating, cozy furnishings and an inviting ambiance. The kitchen/dinner is a great space for guests to cook and enjoy meals together, all cooking utensils, pots and pans are supplied.

One of the unique features of this property is the roof terrace, offering stunning views and the perfect setting for a romantic dinner under the stars or a relaxed evening with friends. The private rear garden is another tranquil retreat, complete with lush greenery and outdoor seating areas.

The house will be professionally cleaned and set-up to Hotel standards before you arrive.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.

We chose the location for proximity to family living in London. The property is nice but I would not describe as "elegant" & lacked some things expected for a property that sleeps 10, such as seating for ten in living area and dining areas. Of the 6 places to sit in living area, one chair was broken. There were not enough dishes for more than one meal and then only for six people. There was only one dish towel in kitchen. There was no trash bin or towel in powder bath. One of the top for bedrooms was badly lit, and no table lamp. The stairway is very steep with shallow treads and no handrails, making it difficult for older adults. The manual provided for house was very helpful, but not always clear only using short videos or photos. We were gone most of the day so the issues were not a deal breaker. The microwave needs to be repaired. There were no instructions for coffee maker & no pods to know what to buy.

So this property to start with has very bad carpets laid with nails projecting out from every nook and crany. If you step on every part with carpets you run a risk of getting poked by nails. Then the carpets were not laid, it had excesses folding down the stairs which caused every one a fall. It is just terrible. Then we atayed dor 5 nights and had no broom or hoover to clean, we were left with a towel each. When asked for more towels for over 5nights stay we were asked to pay £50 extra. The house lacked most basic bed and breakfast needs i.e kettle to boil water, black bin bag and a microwave. On check out i made sure house was left clean but they charged my card without my CONCENT saying their was a stain on the sofa. I asked for a photography for the stain but it was never sent, yet my card had already been charged £180 to clean a stained sofa i never saw. Never going back or recommending any one to go in there.
