Loved our stay!

Wonderful unit with comfortable beds, gorgeous, clean bathrooms, and everything you could possibly need. The amazing view over the river was another bonus! Ruby was incredibly responsive and a fantastic host.

Great Place

Perfect is the word I have to use to describe our 8 night stay. The place had everything we were looking for and more. The location was beautiful Right on the Thames with such beautiful views. Every day the rowers were practicing or racing and it was fun to watch them from the balcony. The apartment itself was spacious, extremely clean with such modern bathrooms and well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and we really felt at home. The walk to King street where all the stores and restaurants are located took about 5 or 6 minutes through a nice safe neighborhood. The Tube station was located no more than 7 or 8 minutes walk. By far our favorite spot became the pub right across the street. The food is great and there is almost always some kind of fun activity going on. We won a prize and laughed till our sides hurt on “Quiz Night” They also have Karaoke Night and again you will laugh until you drop. The staff make you feel special and remember you when you drop by each and every time. You may hear some of the celebrations from the apartment but it all ends fairly early. The other star of the show was Ruby. She was a great communicator from the start and answered every question with a sense of humor. Her directions and instructions were spot on. If this place is available for the dates you are looking for, don’t let it slip away and if it’s not available you might want to change your plans to a time when it is available.

Great Property / Excellent location

We all agreed the property and it’s location was one of the highlights of the trip. The view of the river, location on the lovely Thames River Walk, proximity to pubs/restaurants/tube stations/theatre and event venues, provided excellent walkable services close to home and also easy access to London Centre, or other destinations of interest. The apartment was clean and well appointed for kitchen and bath amenities. Ruby was very pleasant, responsive and helpful for access and questions as needed. I do not hesitate to recommend this property. Thanks Ruby for a lovely stay!

5 star unit but hot in busy area

You won't find a nicer unit in London. On the river, sunny, new renovations with every amenity. Be aware that it's hot (we were there early July) and the pub turns off the music at 11pm weeknights, midnight weekends. Recycling pickup is early AM.

Perfect flat and perfect location!

This flat is perfectly situated on the river and perfectly appointed. It was clean and well stocked with all the amenities. The owner was kind and easy to reach. We loved every minute of our stay in this cozy flat.

Property Checks All Boxes for Excellent Stay

This property is very secure, clean, refurbished to modern facilities, comfortable, right on the Thames River. Two pubs right next door and more pubs, restaurants, grocery stores etc. with a few blocks. Sit on the balcony with your coffee or tea and watch the rowing teams work out on the Thames (site of the Cambridge and Oxford University rowing competition). Hammersmith Tube station is a 10 minute walk away with access to both the Piccadilly and District tube lines. Could not ask for a better location. There was a concern that the pub crowds would be overly noisy but not the case. They close at 11 and patrons are generally respectful of the residential areas. The property windows are think enough to damp most noise so there was no disturbance. I could not think of a better location for a London vacation for a couple, a family or extended buiness stay.

Amazing view - Awesome location!

Cute flat literally right on the Thames. We sat on the patio and watched the rowers and boats go by. Lots of pubs and restaurants nearby and just a 7 minute walk to Hammersmith station which gets you easily anywhere in the city. Flat has been updated with new bathrooms. Clean and safe area.

Cozy apartment

Well equipped apartment with lovely river views. Ten minutes walk to tube, centrally located. Wonderful host with great communication. Thames path outside can be quite popular.
