    Un fantástico ático en el último piso que ofrece 110 metros cuadrados de espacio habitable, incluida una terraza cubierta de 40 metros cuadrados con vista a la ciudad financiera. Estarás en el corazón de la ciudad: el zumbido (y la deliciosa comida) de la calle del mercado de abajo, durante el día, la tranquilidad que necesitas para descansar por la noche.

    El ático es una conversión de nueva construcción sobre lo que solía ser un pub-house (convertido en un café fresco y animado) y es ideal tanto para los visitantes de negocios a Londres (a poca distancia de la ciudad, a 2 paradas de Kings Cross), así como turistas (a 10 minutos a pie de St. Paul y desde allí tomar el metro hasta la calle Oxford o cruzar el río hasta la Tate Modern, por ejemplo).

    La terraza cubierta de 40 metros cuadrados del apartamento con amplias vistas de la ciudad es lo que hace que este lugar sea especial y es un excelente destino para el final del día y un buen lugar para el almuerzo / almuerzo en cualquier momento de la semana (si el clima de Londres lo permite).

    El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size, el dormitorio más pequeño tiene un sofá reclinable, que puede dormir dos. El baño tiene una bañera y una ducha separada.

    Cocina totalmente equipada, que incluye una licuadora (ideal para batidos a cualquier hora del día), exprimidor de jugo (para satisfacer su sed de jugo de naranja fresco) y una cafetera Nespresso para ayudarlo a levantarse por la mañana. Un gran horno y estufa, así como un microondas, para aquellos que sienten la necesidad de cocinar en casa, aunque hay un montón de excelentes lugares a la vuelta de la esquina (turcos, sushi, veganos, tailandeses, indios, italianos, fideos Ramen y más )

    Para comestibles, el supermercado Waitrose está justo bajando la calle.

    Tenga en cuenta que el ático está situado en el piso superior (3er) de una antigua conversión de pub. Como tal, no hay ascensor en el edificio, no recomendado para huéspedes con problemas de movilidad. La otra cara del paseo por las escaleras son las vistas panorámicas de la ciudad desde el gran espacio al aire libre de la terraza.

    A poca distancia de St. Catedral de Paul, Tate Modern, Tower bridge, etc. Cerca de 3 paradas de metro / 5 líneas de metro: Barbican, Old Street y St. De Paul.

    ¡El mercado abierto en Whitecross es divertido y delicioso!

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment it was spacious bright with a beautiful balcony with views across the city.It was centrally located with easy access to 3 underground stations, very convenient and made it easy to get around.We enjoyed our 3 week stay in this lovely property.

Milena was a very helpful host and responded quickly to my questions. The space is lovely and is well supplied with everything one would need. The outdoor terrace is a great place to spend warm summer nights. The location is lively with lots of cafes, the street market, Waitrose, pubs, murals, and the proximity to the center of London. There are stairs up to the 5th floor and we enjoyed the exercise. We had a memorable meal at Ara in Aldgate East, close to the Whitchapel Gallery.

This is my 1st experience in UK, no doubt the property was good, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the host was very helpful in check-in, though we had a very small niggle. We made use of her notes about the city and nearby places to go around. The location of the property was very close to all basic needs. My only challenge was carrying my luggage upstairs and bringing it down.

Apartment was very cool - especially the great balcony and terrace. We loved that we could enjoy breakfast and a couple of dinners there and not have to eat out every meal. Any small issues we had - the host was readily available and addressed them. You must be physically fit to stay here as the flat is 4 stories up and tube stations are around 15 minutes away - the good thing is that there are three different ones in the area. For first-timers, you may want to stay a little more central although any location has its pros and cons. If you want an apartment experience- this is the place to stay.

Gorgeous Oasis in the city of London

We loved staying in this very cozy and bright pent house apartment. It has all the amenities needed for making meals that can be enjoyed on the outdoor deck. The location is amazing and the neighborhood is so quiet! A truly wonderful place.

Great location away from the craziness of the more touristy areas but only a 7 minute walk to Old Station. The terrace and subsequent view was as fantastic as it is rare. Nice quiet, cool mornings and evenings with a coffee or beer. Worth it for a summer visit. The climb to the flat is real with heavy luggage for those who may be physically compromised, but it’s the price you pay for privacy and the lovely penthouse view. Kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The AC in the main room struggled to keep up with the heatwave we encountered. But luckily Milena provided three small fans to place in the bedrooms which helps quite a bit. The weekday market just outside the front door was great for grabbing a quick meal for lunch. Lots of restaurants and pubs within 2 blocks. Waitrose grocery is a 2 minute walk. The 2nd bed room would likely be too cramped for two adults. Best stay for a couple and 1 older/larger or two young children. The master however is much roomier. Overall, very happy with our stay for the three of us. I would gladly stay at Melina’s place again.

Fantastic apartment and perfect for everything we needed. Close to multiple underground stations, lots of grocery stores nearby, and worked perfectly for our family of 4. The bed in the second bedroom is smaller but for our 8 and 6 year it was more than enough. If we have to opportunity to return to London, we will definitely look to see if this apartment is available.

The location was good, about 30 minutes by tube to the sights, and the communication was excellent. We had a few issues in the beginning, but the host fixed them and compensated us. Although the place was clean and had a lovely terrace, the three flights of stairs at the end of the day were difficult, especially if your party separates with only one set of keys. Although the place was clean, it is in need of refurbishment. There were stains on the couch, rust on the stainless steel backsplash, lime buildup in the teapot, and the cooking ware was overused. Although the secondary bed looks small in the picture, it is big enough for two small children; however, it sinks in the middle, so my child ended up sleeping on the couch, which was comfortable. The house provided lots of items in the pantry for use (tea, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, etc.), which was very helpful. The place was slightly cheaper than our next best option. The air conditioning works but takes some time to get going, and our first night was hot, but the remaining nights were fine. There were also extra linens and plenty of towels.

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood of barbican, away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough you can take the tube/bus and be in the thick of it all within 15 min. Grocery store really close, multiple coffee shops and some great restaurants in the area as it’s also close to shoreditch. Everything is clean, host is very accommodating and was able to respond to all questions we had. Overall, it was a lovely stay! Only feedback I have is on check in process - although the listing does say the location in which to get the key for the entrance to the building is a bit dusty and can’t be helped, it was quite grubby as we had to move trash from the ground to get it. I don’t know what the rules are for Vrbo listings in London but a lockbox in a semi-hidden area would be better. Regardless, this would not deter me from staying here again because the actual apartment is great and met all our needs. Thank you Milena!
