Guest Access:
Guests will be welcomed in person at Charles of Mayfair, our exclusive residence on Charles Street. A member of our team will meet you at the property to provide access and assist with check-in.

To ensure a smooth arrival, please share your estimated time of arrival (ETA) at least 24 hours in advance, and confirm again approximately 45 minutes before you arrive so we can coordinate your check-in seamlessly.

The building offers the added convenience of an on-site concierge, available daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. However, we are happy to arrange check-in at any time, day or night, as long as we receive prior notice. Whatever time you plan to arrive, we’ll ensure someone is there to welcome you.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in is available between 15:00 and 18:00.

Check-out is by 11:00.

For early arrivals or late departures, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

The lead guest must present valid photographic identification upon arrival.

Guests departing early should kindly leave their key on the dining table.

Lost keys or fobs will incur a £50 replacement fee.

During Your Stay

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property. A £1,000 fine applies for any breach.

Pets are not permitted.

Parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed without prior written approval from management.

The property may not be used for business or commercial purposes.

The number of guests must not exceed what is stated in the booking confirmation.

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Consideration for Others

Please keep noise to a minimum to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents.

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.

Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of your stay.
